Prperty requires major overhaul
Pros:

The facilities and cleanliness are below par. The fan had layers of dust, washroom plumbing is blocked, washbasin and drain covers are dirty. There was no drinking water kept and when we asked for it, we were told that they use spring water but can arrange mineral water. The bedsheet was not clean and there are stains on bedroom wall. We requested for a heater as temperature was 10 degrees C and what came was dusty and had wire connected with insulation tape. We informed the person in charge that we will not be able to stay there and he was courteous enough to accept the feedback. We moves out and luckily found a room in a better property nearby. The place needs renovation but the person incharge is very courteous and has good communication skills and attitude. Hopefully, this will become a great place to stay once it is done up.

Pros:

The vibe of the campus, right in the hills. It is well maintained. The owner who happens to be the manager as well, is very much reachable for any kind of queries regarding the property.

Nice property under decent price
Pros:

Pros:

Its a scam.
They never informed me about rooms being full.
I had booked thru booking.com with confiramtion and after reaching with great difficulty as the way is very narrow and bad they said we have informed booking.com and its there mistake as they have not informed you.
They alternately told me to get another room in a different property known to owner at a very high price.
Cheat I would call them.
Dont fall for it.
also booking.com is equally responsible for not informing me and I landed in trouble bcz of it.
will never book from booking.com
