Des transats et des tables sur la petite plage privée
C'est un plaisir de remonter faire une salade de tomates et avocat puis de la manger sur la plage a l'ombre d'un cocotier
C'est un peu particulier de partager un appartement avec un inconnu sauf que l'appartement est bien conçu, nous avons notre totale indépendance, seule la cuisine est commune

Location right on the beach. Private beach area with sun loungers, table and cabana free of use. Close to everything. Sea view, friendly and healthy host, large and private apartment.
This was just Amazing! Very kind and smoky host met us at 12:00 earlier than check in time. Apartment was just amazing: big living room and fully equipped kitchen, spacious room facing the ocean, clean, comfortable bed, nice swing on balcony. You have private beach with sunbeds much better than Bavaro beach. Everything you need for a great holiday. 11 stars out of 10.

The showered head is coming out of the wall. Not a big deal but other guests may want that fixed.
First of all the location is amazing! The view is fantastic! It is beside all the resorts in the area which is easy to access.
From the road to the building, you have to enter the gate and they have the construction, I guess another resort they are building but that is an easy fix, if you are going out just order the ride to go inside the gate, if you would like to walk outside, you can walk in the beach, walk until you see the Zoho beach restaurant and you are on your way out which I prefer to walk to.
Great location, great host, great communication, right on the beach, walking distance to everything...
Nothing bad to mention, we wish we had stayed few more days.

The bed is hard, and the shower had mold and, therefore, smelled. The towels and sheets smelled too...
The location was right on the beach.
1. Safety is a joke. The swing on the balcony came off the ceiling while my girlfriend was sitting on it. She landed on the floor and the heavy metal chain holding the swing fell on her arm and bruised badly. When I brought it up with the owner his response was "I use it all the time, but it never happened to me".
2. Inaccessible access road. First of all, the 300m long access road from the main street is not paved. It's covered in gravel all the way and walking it isn't easy. Also, the security at the gate does not allow any strangers through, which forced us to walk 3 times more and enter from the beach side on multiple occassions. Calling a cab inside isn't an option either. On the day we checked out I walked all that distance with a 24kg luggage on my shoulder. That wasn't easy.
3. This property is cash only. This info is hidden between all the unimportant details at the bottom of the listing page. Due to the daily limit of the ATMs in the area I had to withdraw cash in 6 transactions over multiple days and each time I had to pay upwards of 3% in commissions. It would have been easier if we had known in advance.
