Location right on the beach. Private beach area with sun loungers, table and cabana free of use. Close to everything. Sea view, friendly and healthy host, large and private apartment.

This was just Amazing! Very kind and smoky host met us at 12:00 earlier than check in time. Apartment was just amazing: big living room and fully equipped kitchen, spacious room facing the ocean, clean, comfortable bed, nice swing on balcony. You have private beach with sunbeds much better than Bavaro beach. Everything you need for a great holiday. 11 stars out of 10.

First of all the location is amazing! The view is fantastic! It is beside all the resorts in the area which is easy to access.

Amazing flat, extremely helpful host that goes out of his way to make you comfortable, every small detail has been thought. Even though it is inside a shared apartment, due to its balcony and bathroom, it offers full privacy. Internet is fast/stable to handle remote work. Fingerprint locks are a great worry-free addition to go for a swim without thinking keys.

This is a rare find for such a popular destination. My wife and I enjoyed taking walks on the beach and strolling to a wide selection of restaurants. Literally, right on the beach and with an excellent ocean view. We liked that it is not on the ground floor. A couple of flights of steps to get into the apartment. Very nice and comfortable bedroom with a well furnished shared living room and kitchen. Once again, we consider this a rare find for us while vacationing at Punta Cana.

Excellent location with access to a private strip of the beach. Restaurant and bar areas are within walking distance on the beach. Cesar, the manager, is super friendly and was very helpful with tips on what to do in the area and what trips to book. The apartment was exactly as shown on the fotos.

Excellent location, well equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking and cosy environment in the apartment. Very nice and helpful host, easy and fast in communication. Service exceeded expectations. Really a treat for yourself.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The view from the room was directly to the beach and we could see sunrise in the morning. Our host was very helpful overall, especially with our baggage after we checked out because our flight was late.

Cesar met us and checked us in. It was a little disconcerting at first driving past a construction site to get to the property, but it all worked out. The beach at the property is fantastic, and there are lots of good places to eat within walking distance. Would highly recommend.
