Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub!
Pros:

Wir sind öfters gereist ,aber so einen netten Gastgeber Ehepaar ,haben wir noch nie gehabt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut durchdacht. Preis Leistung ist SUPER! Unweit von Bajondilllo Beach , Playa Rincon del Sol und Carihuella Beach. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Der Innenhof ist schön , sauber und gut durchdacht.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!

•Friendly and supportive owners,
•Nice and clean accommodation,
•Big yard to able sit outside,
•Close to everything around (beach, restaurants, bars, shops, train station),
•Air condition,
•Good Wifi (amplified by Wi-Fi extender for our room)
•Other small accessories (e.g. option to borrow parasol and towel to the beach, ...)

Cons:

It was not issue for use. But there is train tracks close, so it can be disturbing for someone, when the training is passing by.

Pros:

De locatie is fantastisch. Alles op loop afstand: winkels, Restaurants en het openbaarvervoer. De personeel is alert. Hij reageert super snel. Hij is erg behulpzaam.

Cons:

De Wifi kan nog beter.

Pros:

Very nice host. We had everything we needed, room is clean and comfortable. The beach, train stop and bus stop are within walking distance, not more than 10 min walking to the beach. We are happy with the choice.

Very good money for what you get.
Pros:

For me was a perfect location. I stay 7 nights and I visit many places. The bed was comfortable, wi-fi was very good. Guillermo, the owner of this place, was very nice and very helpful. Shops was close and so was the beach .

Cons:

If you have a big car it is a little bit tricky to go to this property. For some people may be a problem the train who move in the tunel. For me was not a problem.

Good location for a good value
Pros:

All was fine, nice and clean, very friendly and helpful owners living on the other side of the building. Good location, quiet street and very close to the center. The only thing that you have to get used to is the distant rumbling sound of the train running in the tunnels nearby, but this is specific to this location and not related to the house. On the other hand, you have 7 mins walk to the train station of the C1 train going between Malaga and Fuengirola, so it is easy to get there if you have no car. And it is very quiet at night, so I slept well there :-)
