The best spot to be isolated from the old city and still accessible by Grab.
Exactly like the pictures. Rooms super clean. Surprise with a private terasse and a bathroom in front of the fields. They organize all activities you need in Ninh Binh. And can borrow you a bike for free. Breakfast pancakes were amazing. They even allow is to take shower before leaving on the evening after our day your (even if we already checked out on the morning). Excellent service. I recommand.

Lotus Fields Homestay is a must if you want a peaceful, relaxing, quiet (except the amazing wildlife), beautiful, escape from the hustle and bustle and chance to feel like you stepped into a movie that’s all your own with the gorgeous views and environment!!! It is a homestay far away from all the others crowded near the main city. Duy was AMAZING and was such a sweet person to help us throughout our stay and made our honeymoon feel so so special. The food is great and delicious, and the bungalows are rustic and comfy!! 🥰

The location and landscape was insane! Cosy clean cabin at the bottom of a limestone karst. Restaurant was great and nice to cycle around the local village. Really felt like serene beautiful ninh binh!

Great place to stay if you're looking for a quiet place. Homestay is beautiful as you're surrounded by limestone mountains and its just so peaceful. Rooms/cabins were big and spacious. Everyone at this homestay were helpful, very friendly, and attentive. Food cooked at the kitchen were delicious. This was my first time in ninh binh and I'm glad I booked this place. Will definitely choose this place for my future visits. Look no further and book this place for anyone coming to ninh binh.

Lotus Homestay is a true gem, surrounded by magnificent nature that makes you feel instantly relaxed and connected to the environment. The bungalow was very comfortable, with great facilities that made the stay effortless.
One of my favorite moments was laying down in the hammock outside the bungalow, breathing in the pure air that Mother Nature offers so generously in this beautiful location. Absolute peace.
The personnel were incredibly kind—far beyond my expectations. Their hospitality felt genuine and warm, making us feel truly welcome. The tour booking assistance provided by the homestay was extremely handy and well organized, which made exploring Ninh Binh so easy.
The price-quality ratio exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend Lotus Homestay for its exceptional location, outstanding service, and unforgettable atmosphere. I would happily stay here again.

Molto comodo il servizio di biciclette free.
Ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli l’ultimo giorno e ci hanno permesso di fare una doccia prima di partire.

Absolutely amazing property. Located about 5 minutes out of “town” by bicycle. But it feels like you’re on a different planet. Finn and the whole staff were so nice and welcoming, the property is OUTSTANDING, and the whole experience was life changing. We got massages, rented scooters and cruised around and lounged in the pool. Thank you so much for hosting us and we will be back!

Special mention about our host Duy, he really overdid himself to make sure we were always taken care of. The place is magical, with a deep feeling of Ninh Binh landscape. They have multiple services that make the stay perfect and we really felt spoiled.

Staff were EXCELLENT and very very friendly and helpful. Room was big and impeccably clean. Restaurant was very good as well

I would say you haven’t truly been to Vietnam if you didn’t stay here. Surrounded by beautiful nature and the kindest people, this place goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable—everyone bends over backward to help.
