Pros:

You're sleeping in a single bed in what used to be a physician's examining room, but you're also paying like a third of what anyone else charges and you'll be unconscious most of the time you're there anyway. There's a kitchen available with a shared fridge if you also want to save on dining.

Cons:

Thin walls can be an issue if someone else has an alarm that starts going off at 4AM, but that's only happened to me once.
