Pros:

La habitación y sobre todo la cama super comodas y todo muy limpio!

Cons:

Cogíamos un vuelo por la noche, pedimos hacer el check-out una hora mas tarde pagando y no quisieron. Y tampoco nos dieron ninguna facilidad. Subimos dos horas a la piscina con una toalla de la habitación por si a caso y nos subieron a buscar la toalla….

Pros:

Très bon accueil de la part d edouardo qui nous a attendu jusqu’à tard. Très réactif nous a laissé la possibilité de laisser nos bagages avant de partir et l’île. Logement grand et fonctionnel possibilité de faire ses repas et boire café ou autre dans la salle commune.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Pros:

Struttura centrale, comoda per il “centro” con ristoranti e locali, e comoda per la spiaggia (10 minuti da playa norte e playa centro).
Camera ampia e pulitissima (pulizia giornaliera con cambio asciugamani). Gentilissimi ci hanno fatto lasciare le valige prima del check in e dopo il check out.

Pros:

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, a 3 min dal porto e 10 dalla bellissima playa norde. Struttura nuovissima e pulitissima. Gestita da Riccardo, un ragazzo gentilissimo ma soprattutto ha dato degli ottimi consigli che hanno permesso di rendere il soggiorno ancora più favorevole. Abbiamo pernottato solo una notte, ma saremo rimasti per altro tempo molto volentieri. Abbiamo lasciato senza problemi le valigie in struttura. Super consigliata!

Cons:

So no where to sit or put you suitcases. We had to put suitcases on the floor. The room was immaculate and spacious so don’t know why didn’t have a luggage rack or at least one chair

Great place to stay in Isla Mujeres.
Pros:

Location is great, very close to the ferry terminal. Staff contacted me the day before to find out what time I was arriving and they were there when I arrived at property. Pool was great also. Place is close to the beaches and I like how you can use the stuff in the shared kitchen.

Cons:

Nothing bad to say about the place.

Pros:

I had a great stay here. The location is excellent — very close to the beach, the ferry terminal, and lots of restaurants, which made everything easy to access. The room was very clean, and I appreciated the coffee and tea that were provided.

The rooftop area with the pool and chairs was really nice, and the bed was comfortable with a hot shower, which I always appreciate after a long day out. It was also generally very quiet. There was some construction noise one morning, but it didn’t start until around 9:30am, so it didn’t disrupt the stay too much. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

Cons:

I would recommend having some basics like salt, pepper and oil for people that want to cook.

Had a great stay! The cleanest place, great location and the staff was very friendly.
Pros:

Very very clean! Quiet, really enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

Great location in a quiet part of the street, yet still close to everything — just a couple of steps from the ferry, near all the restaurants, and within walking distance to the best beaches. Great room size, lovely decor, and pleasant hosts.

Cons:

Just a note about the room — we first got a room that was a bit noisy for us as light sleepers, but they quickly switched us to another one that was much better in that regard. We also noticed that the first room had a small boiler, so it would have been an issue for us to have a proper shower, especially with both of us having long hair. The second room (the one we actually stayed in and are reviewing now) had great water pressure, with scheduled hours for hot water, which they extended to later hours for us.

Long story short, the hosts were so lovely and understanding that we managed to solve all the issues and had a very pleasant stay.

Just wonderful.
Pros:

It was a wonderful property. Very spacious room. Nice kitchen area was a plus. Plenty of air conditioning. Free water another plus. About 1 block from The Festival and the grocery store and 2-3 blocks from the beach. Very clean. Beautiful refreshing small pool.

Cons:

It would have been very pretty to see the fish tank have a light!
