Pros:

Orla was a wonderful host. She made us feel like we just arrived home. I can honestly say that it’s the best guest house I’ve ever stayed in. Clean comfortable and cosy. Will definitely stay again 😊

A perfect base for exploring the Comeraghs.
Pros:

Right in the middle of Kilmacthomas, this comfortable guesthouse makes a great base for exploring pretty much anywhere in Co. Waterford. The coast and the Comeraghs are both just minutes away.

I got a warm welcome from Orla at Kents Guesthouse. My room was light and comfortable, and there was a good selection of breakfast items in the shared space. Everything you need, in a great location.

Cons:

Regarding the guesthouse: nothing. I booked this largely based on price since I was travelling alone and organizing a trip in a bit of a hurry, and Kents Guesthouse exceeded expectations. This would be my first choice if staying in the area again.

There are a number of interesting food options in Kilmacthomas, but they're not necessarily open every day. Check opening days/times in advance if you're hoping to eat in the village.

Sehr sehr empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Alles war wirklich super. Sehr sauber und die Gastgeberin ist wirklich sehr freundlich und herzlich. Auch durch die vielen kleinen Extras fühlt man sich wirklich wie Zuhause. Vieles zum frühstücken, Obst, kleine Snacks und schön kühle Wasserflaschen standen bereit. Das Bett war unglaublich gemütlich, wir wollten eigentlich gar nicht mehr aufstehen. Nach einem langen anstrengenden Tag konnte man sich nichts mehr wünschen. Ein kleines Restaurant liegt auch direkt schräg gegenüber zur abendlichen Verpflegung. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis dieser Unterkunft ist unschlagbar.

Cons:

Die einzige schlechte Sache, die wir hier nennen können, ist die Marmeladensorte. Grapefruit und Orange waren nicht unser Geschmack ;)

Highly recommended
Pros:

Orla was an amazing host and went out of her way when we needed help. The place had a homely vibe and the facilities were just perfect. She also provided some breakfast options and snacks which we could help ourselves to whenever we wanted.
Overall, a great stay with a lovely host in a beautiful village!

Chambre confortable dans maison particulière à Kilmacthomas. Très propre. Salles de bain douche ou baignoire. Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire. Boisons et confiseries à discrétion.
