Nice and cozy
Pros:

Cozy little place, set in a very quiet location, about 15 minutes walking from the city center. Only had a very short interaction with the owner, but she seems like a lovely person.

Cons:

The neighborhood isn't pretty, but at least it's quiet. Unfortunately, you can hear your neighbors through the walls.

A really nice 3-night stay, well worth the money.
Pros:

Cozy, clean attic room (nr.9) with private bathroom and minibar-type refrigerator in the room. Air conditioning was working fine. TV unit is quite small, but still enjoyable. The free Wi-Fi worked without any issues. One floor downstairs there's a shared kitchen/dining area, fully equipped including gas stove and coffee machine. Staff/owner was very friendly and kind.

Cons:

For us (1.70m tall people) it was just enough, but the room was an attic room and the bed was also the smaller kind (in length). So people over 1.70m height should be aware, as they might not fit confortably.
