The ambience is good. Location is close for nisardhama and dubarre elephant camp and golden monastery . A loud shoutout to Ganesh the caretaker. Very very helpful. He is very efficient in his services.

1. Rooms were not well maintained in terms of painting and moisture seepage issues (fungal patches on almost all walls)

The property is well maintained and very peaceful. Great place to stay with family. Lots of fruit trees and greenery around. Ganesh is incredibly helpful and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable.

Nice property, big room with two beds, great for a family. Lacks a desk/wifi - so difficult to catch up on work or use a laptop. Maybe a blessing in disguise? The caretaker Ganesh is fantastic. Very proactive and cheerful inspite of numerous challenges he faces. The home made breakfast is limited in options but is very good and fresh. Great location, its just on the main road so be careful getting in and out and watch out for the traffic.
The cleanliness, comfort and facilities in the room could do with an upgrade.
