Great location and rooftop, but basic and bit dirty
Pros:

The location was perfect- walking distance to beach, the rooftop had beautiful views of the bay and surfers, with a table and some loungers. Air conditioning was good. Shower was algood, had warm water. Because of these things we thought it was decent value for the price we paid.

Cons:

The room was dark and basic, with a damp smell and some ants, the pillows and separate single bed sheets were pretty terrible. Wifi broke halfway through our stay and we had no phone service in the room. The kitchen was dirty and smelly with no soap or sponge to clean up after using dishes. Unfortunately everything just felt quite dirty so we didn’t feel entirely comfortable.

Very poor standards / Abusive staff
Pros:

I don't have anything to say. Didn't like anything there

Cons:

Standards are very poor. Location is very congested. No parking no space to turn your vehicle. We decided not to stay mainly because of the standards issue. Staff was terribly bad and started abusing us with very bad language also after we left the place got few threatened calls. I would not recommend this place and shouldn't be in business.

It was perfect, we were looking for a good accommodation at a great price.
Pros:

Very close by to the beach and to Ra, our favorite restaurant

Cons:

One of the rooms had a broken fan.

Die Dachterrasse :)

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer war im EG, gleich neben dem Eingang. Die Ausenwand war am oberen Ende offen, d.h. mit einem Holzteil, das Löcher hatte versehen. Man konnte draußen alles hören. Was ich als sehr störend empfunden habe, war die Pumpe im Aquarium, das draußen im Garten stand. Diese war extrem laut, so das ich trotz Ohropax, wenig geschlafen habe. Die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft waren auch nachts laut.
Das zweite Zimmer war im 1. OG, da hat man das Aquarium nicht mehr gehört.

Great value for money would recommend staying 😌
Pros:

Spacious room with AC, coffee ,kettle and fridge. Good value for money. Location is brilliant

Cons:

Asked for an iron a few times he kept saying he would leave it in the room but didn’t. The rooftop “”cafe/bar” is a construction site not like the pictures here or the sign at the back of your door. Also there was dogs barking every night constantly kept waking me up.

Pros:

Tolle Lage - an sich sehr ruhig, wenn der Nachbarshund nicht wäre, der gerne nachts jault. Ansonsten abseits vom Trubel von Hiriketiya und dennoch sehr nah am Beach... Etwa 5min zu Fuß. Der Owner war sehr freundlich und spricht recht gut Englisch. Außerdem gibt es eine (halb fertige) Dachterrasse mit toller Aussicht auf den Strand und das Meer.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war recht klein, ohne Klimaanlage, jedoch mit zwei Ventilatoren. Die Dusche ist nicht von der Toilette getrennt und das Bad ist allgemein nicht so komfortabel.

Sehr schön! Der Hiriketiya Beach ist recht voll gewesen, weshalb wir meisten eine Bucht weiter zum Dikwella Beach gegang
Pros:

Am besten gefallen hat uns die Dachterasse, da man von dort oben einen wunderschönen Ausblick hat und sowohl in der Sonne als auch im Schatten entspannen kann.

Very nice destination in Hiriketyia.
Pros:

The property is super nice, the owner is amazingly polite. No problems at all. The location is amazing, super close to the beach and with an amazing terrace/roof top. The rooms were okay, different than the pictures but acceptable. It definitely was an experience. And hiriketiya was amazing. I recommend.

Cons:

The beds were a bit off, and the bathroom was super challenging at first. But it grew on us and finally we loved it!
