Overall very good
Pros:

Great place just off the beach , booked 2 nights stayed for 6! Staff was nice and friendly

Cons:

Only thing that was disappointing, where we parked our rented Tuk Tuk on their grounds just at the side … we found local people sitting in it late at night drinking beer and smoking fags inside the tuk tuk which was a bit disrespectful.

Pros:

Goede locatie t.o.v. de baai, rustig gelegen en schoon verblijf. Geen airconditioning maar dat wisten we bij het boeken.

Pubblicità ingannevole: non c e nessuna vista mare ma su un altra abitazione. Camera di sera invasa da sciami di insetti pungenti. Impossibilità di usare il bagno a causa degli insetti. Odore di fogna dal water e acqua che usciva dal tubo. Assistenza nulla degli host che ridevano. Nessuno sconto. Vacanza rovinata

Non ho mai defecato in compagnia di un altra persona che faceva la stessa cosa nella stanza accanto

IMPOSSIBILE LAVORARE, IMPOSSIBILE FARE QUALSIASI COSA .

NON È PRESENTE ACQUA CALDA. ASSURDO .

Il proprietario di casa a differenza della moglie è stato scontroso e si è seccato con noi per delle semplici richieste come fare pulire la camera ( è stata pulita solo in questa circostanza)

Pros:

Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had hot water and nice towels. Pool was nice and refreshing and clean.

Cons:

Absolutely no daily room service in 3 days. I did ask twice as well. Definetly no soundproof rooms, which is advertised, train goes past very loudly off and on night and day. Toiletries was a small bar of soap

Decent stay
Pros:

The property is located in a really quiet area and 10 minutes walking distance from Hiriketiya beach. Meanwhile the Blue beach is 20 minutes away and you get to go there through small alleys and see where the locals live as well. The hosts are really nice people, helping with what you need.
The WiFi worked as well, it is not super fast but it does the job and is free of course.

Cons:

The room was clean, however i think that some additional polishing and cleaning would make it even better. The metal holders in the bathroom for example are not in their best shape.
There are no markets in the vicinity, which is a bit bad, but it can be survived.
Lack of amenities - soap the most, so carry some just in case.
