I wish they could have added a coffee corner in the room with some coffee and tea bags.
But not a big deal.
The best: amazing views (if you have good legs, as it is very high on the island), big balcony (in the Suite Deluxe), and the pool (we got it clean, but check the comments).
This place is in need of some SERIOUS maintenance work (almost everything was broken, even things that could be easily fixed is someone gave it some thought), and laking in simple details: bed side lamps, plugs, long enough shower hose, trash can, etc. The front garden, in the pictures, was too dirty to use.

I want to thank the owners of the great place, which me and my friend have visited a week ago. The most cozy place on Heibeliada Island. Besides, our visit was on the full moon and we saw the magic moon and Istanbul from the great place. Of course we will return. And for sure we do not want to try another places, cause we found the best for us.

The room was big, comfortable. The view is amazing from the balcony
the accommodation is almost on the highest point so carrying up luggage might be difficult. But you can take a taxi from the port
The place is a room in a private house (with an ensuite) with a shared kitchen; very much what AirBnB was originally intended to be. The lady who runs the place is lovely; very warm and welcoming into her house. the outstanding feature though is the view. The place is at the top of a (pretty steep - if you take an electric taxi, bargain hard; or walk, which is quicker) hill with magnificent views over the Sea of Marmara and Istanbul. You will want to spend a lot of time sitting on the balcony looking at the views.
The process of booking and paying for the place is much harder than it needs to be. I think this part is run by the host's son, who takes payment by accessing your credit card from Turkiye when he gets time to do it. This is precisely what all the checks in the international credit card system are designed to prevent, and it took me several weeks to actually pay. Also, the charging policy is to charge you as soon as you have booked, with no refunds, which is pretty inflexible. Additionally, we were considering staying an extra night. When I asked the price, I was quoted a price that was not only higher than the price we had already paid for the two nights we had already booked, but about 50% higher than the price which was advertised on Booking.com and other websites for that night. I pointed this out, but got no response, and in the end, we didn't book the extra night. The room itself is pretty basic. It is clean, but the furniture is all pretty old; luxury it is not. However, since the view itself is worth about 10 times what the room rate is, and since the host is so lovely, this was not a major issue for us.
It's quite ..amazing view clean accomodation.. family there so lovely and cooperative they invited us to the breakfast..take taxi from the Port if you have luggagss..woman there so kind and lovely name Nefesa.
The host Nefise was like a mother during my trip. She was very nice, generous and welcoming. I felt at home. The view is absolutely incredible, the house is located at the top of the island. The room is very clean and confortable (beds are good quality). I recommand to stay in Heybeliada for at least one night it is a great experience. Thank you for everything to Nefise and her son Atilim

Beautiful view, one of the best on the island.
An unrecognized number. The carpet is stained, the toilet is leaking after flushing, the entire floor was flooded. Everything is in great desolation. The view does not compensate for this. I just couldn't stay, I had to urgently look for another hotel
