È stato davvero comodo, bello e rilassante
Pros:

mi è piaciuto molto che la struttura avesse tutte le necessità immaginabili, dal forno a ogni tipo di pentola e utensile da cucina, la casa era molto ben organizzata e molto pulita

Terrasse commune agréable, cuisine commune bien équipée, propres, suite propre, très bon lit, réfrigérateur perso fonctionnel.
Bonne entente avec les autres voyageurs.

Cons:

Pas évident malgré les explications de rentrer dans les différentes parties du logement : digicodes compliqués, les boîtes à clefs ne servant à rien auraient finalement été appréciables...
Impossible de faire fonctionner le spa et de vider la baignoire pendant une semaine, cafetière qui fuit, nous avons écrit 2 fois à l'hôte, 0 réponse à part des messages automatiques d'indisponibilité... un comble !
Heureusement qu'il y avait une douche...

Das Delux-Zimmer war leider kein Delux … Wände schimmelig, Fenster feucht, Badetür kaputt … Wirlepool der nicht ging … das Bad hat ohne Ende nach Kläranlage gestunken 🤮

Stanza scorca ,la finestra che pasa l’aria e abbiamo avuto freddo,non c’era nulla per coprirsi,pled ho copertina.Siamo stati per un ora di capire come entrare dentro nella casa.Nessuno è venuto per aprire ho si è preoccupato si eravamo ho no entrati dentro.

Pros:

Хорошее расположение относительно автобусов но до моря не 5 минут!!!! Хорошая зона общего пользования- гостинная и балкон. Не шумная зона проживания если за окном строители не работают. Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Если повезет с соседями то вполне комфортное проживание. Если цена решающий фактор выбора жилья то это оно.

Cons:

В описании жилья не сказано что до двери идет крутая лестница и первый пролет не освещен- выключатель света находится только на втором пролете- для людей с ограничениями в передвижении это будет очень сложно. Белье на постели из полиэстра и это не комфортно когда жарко. Пару дней сидели без газа на кухне так как персонал не позаботился о его пополнении хотя сообщение об его отсутствии было им направлено.

It was great. It was clean, comfortable like lowkeyyyy was not bad at all. It was great. Location was convenient, was close to buses and public transport, like a 5min walk to the closet bust stop.

Cons:

Lol it deffo isn’t a 5 min walk to the beach🤣 maybe we were dumb in thinking that, I think it’s 5min by car, but even then lol, I’d assume a bit more longer. It was more like a 1.5 hr walk to the beach and by bus was like 40mins. The bathroom had this like rotten smell coming from the drains. Whilst it was clean, and was great and comfortable to use. The was a foul smell from the drains. Whilst that might have only been there for our short stay of like 4nights, we bought air refresher to reduce the smell. And someway or another the smell reduced, so perhaps it was fixed. But otherwise all good.

La cama es grande y en la habitación del jacuzzi tienes tele propia, baño propio y frigorífico

No nos gustó y nos fuimos a la mañana siguiente porque es un piso compartido, para llegar hay que subir 2 plantas por escaleras bastante incómodas.
Nosotros elegimos la habitación del jacuzzi y no funcionaba, nos lo dijeron una vez llegamos al piso, la puerta del baño no cerraba y la barbacoa estaba en las últimas. Nos fuimos por privacidad y porque no cumplió lo que buscábamos

Really good stay in the heart of true Tenerife.
Pros:

We liked having privacy but also shared space to chat to fellow guests. The terrace was lovely for evening sun. The bed was very comfortable and the room and shared spaces were well equipped. Host was very helpful.

Cons:

The spa bath wasn’t working, just one of those things and we used it as a regalia bath regardless, the lights were on so it created some atmosphere.

Pros:

Very nice apartment, well equipped both in the kitchen like in the bathroom. Cleaning service was provided every day. Big balcony to take rest, to work outside if you are looking for a co-working area.
You can wash your clothes as the washing machine is also available.
