Freundlich. Unkompliziert. Kaffee und a Leckerli im Zimmer.
Pros:

Konnte früher wie geplant einchecken. Das Zimmer liegt ein paar geh Minuten von ZAK entfernt. Werde bestimmt erneut buchen.

Cons:

Milchpuder, anstelle Kaffeerahm :) aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau

Ich bin entsetzt. Da wird Tür und Tor geöffnet für Missbrauch.

War nicht vorgesehen im Gesamtbetrag.

Ich bin mit meiner Tochter angereist und fand ein kleines Zimmer in einer normalen Wohnung vor. Direkt neben dem vermieteten Zimmer, schlief der Hausherr mit in der Wohnung. Angeblich sei ein separates Bad gestellt gewesen. Das sah aber nicht danach aus, weil die Wohnung nicht über soviel Platz verfügte bzw. es nicht sichtbar war.

Nach Anfrage, wie es gehändelt werden könne, bei nicht gefallen der Wohnung, gab es nur die Auskunft, das Zimmer sei nicht mehr vermietbar und ein Rückgeld gäbe es dafür nicht. Auch ein Angebot von mir, nur die Hälfte zurück zu erstatten, wurde verneint. Für eine Mutter mit Kind ist so eine Unterkunft ein Unding. Es wäre wichtig gewesen, wenigstens genau zu formulieren, dass dieses Zimmer in einer Privatwohnung mit Vermieter zu mieten ist!

Wir sind dann gegangen, ohne zu übernachten und ohne Geldrückerstattung!

Jederzeit zu empfehlen zum übernachten und als Base für Ausflüge rund um den Zürichsee- lediglich eben keine Kochmöglich
Pros:

Ruhige und trotzdem zentrale Lage im Erdgeschoss-Zürichsee, 2 Bäckereien und Einkaufszentrum zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Parkplatz für Besucher vorhanden, ohne Parkgebühren!!

Erholsame Nacht nach Geburtstagfeier in der Nähe
Pros:

Gemütliche Zimmer mit je einer Kaffeemaschine. Gute Betten. Bad mit grosser Dusche. Sehr ruhiges Quartier. Gute Lage zur Bahn und Innenstadt. Schöne Bäckerei zum Frühstücken in der Nähe. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Cons:

Nichts zu bemängeln.

Awesome place in the well connected location.
Pros:

Great location near both to the city center and train station. Everything was top, comfortable, clean and easy. The Host made all the effort to make me welcome, was helpful and pleasant to talk to.
