Все было замечательно. Важно отметить дружелюбный и внимательный подход к клиентам. Встретели в аэропорту, помгли с билетами в нсц. Парк. ВСЕГДА НА СВЯЗИ. ОДЕЖДУ ПОСТИРАЛИ БЕСПЛАТНО. . ЗАВТРАК СЫТНЫЙ.

Mi madre y yo nos alojamos 3 días. El trato, tanto de Isaac como de su madre fue increíble. Nos vinieron a recoger al aeropuerto y nos ayudaron con las entradas e itinerario de los parques (sin su ayuda hubiese sido muy complicado). La madre de Isaac nos ofrecía fruta fresca de su huerto cuando volvíamos al hotel, y nos ayudó con nuestra colada. Un lugar 100% recomendable!! Y las vistas son de ensueño!

Отличный отель как и его хозяева. Обстановка как дома. Встретили с ЖД, накормили, все рассказали, показали. Составили маршрут на 4 дня, все парки забронировали. Ну просто супер. Завтраки каждый день. Ужин платный. Виды из окна просто потрясающие. Особое внимание пёсику по кличке Чендер. Когда будите кушать, он будет вас гипнотизировать что бы вы ему дали вкусняшку)) Мы хозявым подарили шоколадки и конфеты привезенные из России. Они были в восторге. Когда выезжали, они нас довезли до ЖД а дали в дорогу пакет с едой, за что им отдельное огромное спасибо!!
И еще одно отдельное спасибо хозяину отеля. Он дал таблетки от отравления моей жене. За пару часов она просто встала на ноги и мы поехали путешествовать дальше))

Недостатки напишу здесь, потому что это не недостатки, а так, дополнение))
Бронировали другой номер. Но ничего страшного. Зато вид бомбический из окна. До ближайшего магазина полтора километра. Но и это не проблема. Хозяин довёз на машине))

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a pochi minuti in macchina dalla Porta del Paradiso e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La posizione è comodissima per visitare le principali attrazioni della zona e, allo stesso tempo, permette di godere di una vista meravigliosa direttamente dalla camera.
Lo staff è stato semplicemente fantastico: gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi spiegazione o consiglio, sia sugli spostamenti che sulle visite da fare. Un’accoglienza che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio.
La colazione era abbondante e preparata sul momento, con prodotti freschi. Un ottimo modo per iniziare la giornata.
Le camere erano pulitissime, spaziose e molto confortevoli, con una splendida vista che rendeva il risveglio ancora più piacevole.
Un ringraziamento speciale va allo staff anche per la loro grande disponibilità: avevamo commesso un errore nella prenotazione, ma nonostante questo si sono subito attivati per aiutarci e ci hanno comunque assegnato la camera, risolvendo tutto con professionalità e gentilezza.
Consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia visitare Zhangjiajie e la Porta del Paradiso, è stato un soggiorno che ricorderemo con piacere!

Комнаты большие, светлые, кровати удобные, виды из окна красивые, очень приятный и доброжелательный персонал, были на связи онлайн и помогали со всеми вопросами, какой маршрут в парке лучше выбрать, как заказать такси, это очень ценно и важно в путешествии. Прекрасные ужины, все было очень вкусно! Спасибо!

This hotel was the last of our trip and one of the best. This is a family business, and all the family is so welcoming!
We haven’t seen a staff that kind and helpful, even if people here are very welcoming - this hotel is top level!

In addition the price is very reasonable for the area and you get the best view of Tianmen mountain! It was so lovely to see the cave from our bedroom, as a last picture of our trip.

The best place I have stayed at China!

It made me love China even more. I want to start off saying thank you very much for the host. I’ve never seen hosting like it before. The rooms were amazing, the view was spectacular and the cleanliness was on point. I cannot afford the facilities one bit.

They then arrange the whole experience for you so you don’t have to worry about a thing. They have been here for many years so they are well clued up with the area and everything in the local surroundings.

The food was spectacular many thanks to the chef. The ideal Chinese breakfast you were required before a long day of walking at the national park.

This is a family run business and it’s full of love. On max experience and how much kindness at the hotel.

This is the greatest family business and I wish them all the success in the world.

Great mountain view from the guest rooms, clean, comfortable beds, heated toilet seat and self flushing toilet. The owner/operator Issac was very hospitable and helpful. He thoughtfully helped our group plan our 7 day itinerary and bought tickets to all the
attractions for us without service charge. Issac’s father is the chef and cooks up delicious dishes for the guests using fresh produce from their garden at a reasonable price. Issac’s mother is the housekeeper of this family business. She’s kind and attentive. She served us coffee and tea at the table. Despite the language barrier, we were touched by her caring presence. This 5 room home stay has to compete with many hotels in town. Their business model of serving their guests with sincerity and honesty is worth supporting.

Úžasný pobyt v rodinném prostředí. Čisté, prostorné pokoje. Personál byl moc milý a ve všem nám pomohl. Snídaně každý den jiná, a pokaždé sytá a chutná. Vyzkoušeli jsme i večeři, která byla opravdu výborná. Krásný výhled z pokoje. Z našeho pobytu jsme nadšení.
