Location was convenient near the metro station
First of all, the rooms were on the third floor and there were no elevators. The amenities listed included front staff, tour desk, airport shuttle, five rooms and six bathrooms. All of this was in their original list of amenities, but did not exist. It also said that a washer and dryer was available, but did not state that it costs $10! We also had to take out our own trash. I would have never stayed here if I knew all this beforehand. If you don’t mind sharing a bathroom with a stranger or struggling with your luggage up and down three flights of narrow stairs or paying $150 a night for a bedroom, then you wouldn’t mind staying here. I can’t recommend this place to anyone.

The bed is very comfortable and everything is clean. Great location for visiting Mile End and Jean Talon Market.
I did not appreciate extra charges for late check-in when it is anyway self check-in, and being charged for leaving bags for a few hours.
Location was OK
- Never seen nor heard from the owner/manager of the Flat
- No way at all to contact he owner/manager of the Flat
- Only way to access the Flat is with a stupid and Bugged application that works only 50% of the time. If no one inside to open the door when you ring the bell, you will be stuck outside until some one comes. No way to contact the owner at all.
- It was impossible for me to sleep because of the noise of an air-conditioning unit above the roof of my room
The room was clean, pretty and had plenty of storage space.
The issues I had were dealt with promptly.
I didn’t have access to the main door upon arrival and was unable to reach anyone to rectify the situation. The shower drain was clogged, thus resulting in an unpleasant accumulation of scum in the bottom & there were trash bags left on the kitchen floor.

The location was great, it was very close to a metro stop which meant it was easy to get to downtown Montreal. The room was clean and warm, and had plenty of room for storage. The kitchen was well equipped and useful.
The shared bathroom took a little getting used to, but it could have been worse. It would have been helpful if there was a shared hand towel in the bathroom, as it was easy to forget to bring your own with you into the bathroom.
the best part of this place is 1. Nice little Room with pretty furnitures(especially Bamboo Light), 2. Everything is clean 3. people who stayed here at same time with me were so quiet and no noise at all at night 4. there is super-market in front and its open till 10PM. 5. Marché Jean-Talon is only 5min away and you can cock whatever you want.
It was hard to open the door for the first time cuz you have to pull the door nob toward you as the lock goes off and it took couple times to get used to it. (It is explained but in English so for non-English speaking traveler, it can be confusing just for first time).
