Alternativa boa caso não se incomode em usar um banheiro compartilhado com outros 2 quartos.
Pros:

A limpeza é impecável! A atendente é muito atenciosa. Localizado a 500 m de um supermercado. Rua sem grande fluxo de veículos e bem silenciosa.

Cons:

Banheiro compartilhado, o que torna incômodo sair do quarto para tomar banho e escovar os dentes. Por sorte não tinha outros hóspedes no dia, então não tive que esperar para tomar banho pela manhã.

Pros:

O café da manhã é muito bom.

Cons:

Eu não me atentei ao banheiro que era compartilhado, isso me incomodou bastante. Além disso, o quarto tinha cheiro muito forte de mofo e atacou minha rinite. No entanto notava uma certa tentativa de limpeza do local.

O local é proximo ao Bododromo e tem muitos restaurantes nas proximidades

Cons:

As instalações precisam de manutenção. Basicamente não tem recepção, pelo que vi só tem uma funcionária (dona?)... Isso dá a impressão que é tudo abandonada. A recepção então passa uma vibe sinistra
