Quizás algo el desorden del momento, y las cámaras implementadas, me sentía constantemente vigilado y eso generaba incomodidad hasta para tomar un vaso de agua, entiendo que es para cuidar del lugar, pero ni siquiera me asomé a la sala para disfrutar de las vistas durante la noche, pues los únicos sitios sin cámara son las habitaciones y el baño, se vuelve angustioso. Y más sabiendo que ya tienen bastantes datos de ti antes de entrar al lugar... Por poco se siente como un examen.

Alles total dreckig. Das Badezimmer war nicht geputzt, Seife nicht aufgefüllt. Die Küche durfte mitbenutzt werden, aber alles war klebrig und der Kühlschrank innen verschimmelt. Sowas habe ich wirklich noch nicht erlebt. 3 Kakerlaken konnte ich während meines Aufenthalts fangen.

La persona con la que compartí el alojamiento tenía muy alto el volumen de la TV, lo que dificultó la conciliación del sueño.

property was very personal, was literally somebodies apartment with all of their personal belongings, including family pictures on the wall, the second bedroom was a small single bed. the host wasnt there, i guess they are away when they rent the second bedroom as the main bedroom is locked. I am a solo female traveler, the front door of the apartment had no key and was left unlocked. i was unable to unlock it from the inside at night, my bedroom door had a lock, i put a chair under the front door handle to secure the apartment from the inside at night but still didnt feel very safe. the apartment block is a maze and has a weird QR code system to get in that i didnt appreciate i needed to get in so it was abit of a hassel to start with and it took me along time to find the right block as the floor numbers dont match the buttons on the lift.

The front door is supposed to be left unlocked. There is only a key ffor the bedroom door. There are many cameras throughout the apartment. No guests are allowed. Though I get a special allowance for 10 dollars. When my guests did not arrive, the money was not given back. The housekeeper, Nancy, comes every morning to make breakfast and do laundry. She stays on the phone and plays loud music. We did not get along. She called me La China. Not in a way that was endearing. When I said goodbye when I left, she did not say goodbye back. I was very uncomfortable.

Getting into the accommodation was a little bit tricky and finding where to go, a simple map or something would be of great help. Getting in and out of the apartments as a non-resident was a bit slow but staff were very helpful. A lamp in the room would be a nice addition.

I notified Booking.com on February 15th that I had an emergency and had to cut my visit short by two days and asked if I could get a refund. I never heard back. I told Michael when I arrived and he said he notified booking.com, but I have still not heard anything back about getting a refund for the two days. I advised that I was leaving on February 22 so the place was available for rental for the 23rd and 24th. As the reason I had to leave was an emergency back in Toronto., I would ask again for the refund for two days. Thank you.

The area is a bit dodgy at night and there isn’t much around within immediate vicinity.
