Poderiam divulgar como hostel ou Airbnb e não como pousada.
Pros:

Realmente me foi útil por estar mais próximo de onde eu iria trabalhar todos os dias em que me hospedei, pois o trânsito de Recife é pesado!

Cons:

Não tive limpeza de quarto em nenhum dia da hospedagem, café da manhã com poucas opções e aparentemente nada fresco, quarto "limpo" porém meu banheiro tinha o box de vidro bem sujo quando entrei, a facilidade de entrar e sair é bem tranquilo, quarto seguro com tranca automática, isso me passou segurança.
