Struttura molto bella e funzionale, pulitissima, spaziosa, ottima per chi vuole riposarsi. Vicina a market e fermata bus per Osnabruck centro. Vicina al Campus Universitario, ideale per soggiorni sia di svago, che di lavoro.

Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist kein Problem. An der Natruperstraße sind Bushaltestellen. Dass man einen sicheren Parkplatz dazu buchen kann, fand ich sehr angenehm. Das Quartier war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Dadurch, dass es dort nur vier Zimmer gibt, ist es auch ruhig.

Schnelle Reaktion und positive Antwort auf Anfragen. Saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Die Lage ist mit Auto,Fahrrad oder Bus sehr gut erreichbar und man ist zu Fuß in 15min in der Innenstadt.

The apartment is spotless, with everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen has basic spices and all utensils for breakfast such as a water cooker, toaster, and coffee maker and enough pots and pans. The bathroom and bedroom and shared dining/living space are also immaculate and tastefully decorated.

the staff helped in SO many ways! they sent us additional information on transport options advised on tickets for buses and trains and generally were like a first rate information service!

Great place to stay a few days! Location is not very central and a bit secluded, but still quite easy to access and close to the university. The place is clean and the host was nice and helpful. The check-in procedure was very easy.

Clean facilities, calm location

Needed to check-in slightly later than expected due to the train strike, check-in was very easy and flexible.
House is very clean, rooms are comfortable.
Staff responds quickly over whattsapp.
Booked a bit on short notice.
Needed place near university, location is very good situated near restaurants and 2 supermarkets.
Beeing a "hostel" was afraid to be crowded or loud but was very calm I could take my time to studying without any disruptions..
Needed to head back earlier than previously planned, clarification was no trouble, easy and quick.
Everything went smoothly
No issues whatsoever.

nice bed with a high-end bath in the room. Toilet in a common space next door. Same for kitchen and saloon. Kind of student-houde arrangement. I liked it a lot.

Lots of usable space. Has everything you might need to use during your stay. the Host is very welcoming, and is always available for help over whatsapp/call.
