Location is amazing in trang an.
1. Renovation was going on during our stay. Quite and serenity is my main thing for us instead of sound of drilling hence using swimming pool in not nice during this stay.
2. The surround feels rough and underrun.
3. Breakfast wasnt delicious.
4. Pillow to hard/high for my liking.

The room has a stunning view, beds are good, staff are friendly and the swimming pool is not big but it’s agreeable.
This is a homestay. The building is rundown and under renovation, with noise starting early in the morning. Cold showers weren't possible. No restaurant (staff said they were too busy to serve us), no bar, and not much nearby. The street is dark and run-down with stray dogs, making it a headache for taxi drivers.
Overall, very disappointed for the price. If I had to do it again, I'd stay elsewhere.
The view from the room / cabin on the front was amazing, it looks like a postcard! A beautiful lake and mountains.

The surroundings of the facility are rough, there is construction work going on and the roads are not paved which makes for a rough taxi ride.
The airconditioning was working on quarter of its capacity and could barelt keep the room somewhat cool.
Also, frequent power outages didn't make things easier.
I had a nice stay at Xuan So Bungalow in Ninh Binh. One thing to note is that early check-in was not available since all the rooms were fully booked, so waiting outside was a little tiring, especially with the humid weather. However, once we settled in, the beautiful surroundings made up for it.
The highlight of the stay was definitely the location. The bungalow is surrounded by stunning natural scenery, with rocks, rivers, lakes, and peaceful views all around. Each bungalow is placed in its own spot, offering beautiful scenery and a unique atmosphere. Renting bicycles and exploring the nearby trails was an amazing experience — the views of the lakes and landscapes were absolutely beautiful.
There are also breakfast options available, which was convenient. One tip for future travelers: it’s best to use cash for payment, so please keep that in mind.
Overall, this is a great place to stay if you want to experience the natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere of Ninh Binh. The scenery and location are definitely the highlights of this stay.

Excellent location to stay at if you enjoy the beautiful nature and terrain of Ninh Bình, as well as places like Tràng An & Hoa Lư old town. Friendly staffs, with quickly extra services. Room is clean, comfortable. High recommend for family to stay to enjoy a quiet enviroment.
