Und wieder bin ich ins BaoAnh gegangen
Pros:

Ich war das 2. mal dort und werde wieder übernachten vor meinem Rückflug. Ruhig, sauber und freundlich

Cons:

Ich versuche immer wieder ein Zimmer nicht zuweit oben zu bekommen. Enges Stiegenhaus bis zum 5. Stock

Pros:

La chambre et la salle de bain étaient grandes avec clim et eau chaude. Le lit était confortable. L'emplacement est étonnamment calme quand on s'aperçoit qu'on est à 3 min à pied des bars extrêmement bruyants de la rue Bui Vien. A 20-30 min à pied des principaux sites touristiques. La dame à l'accueil est sympathique et parle suffisamment anglais. Bouilloire et tasses dans la chambre

Cons:

La couverture sur le lit est un peu courte, les pieds en sortent facilement. L'escalier pour monter dans les chambres ( une par étage) est étroit et raide. Nous étions au 5e étage et il y avait au moins 2 étages au dessus.

Highly recommended
Pros:

The location is perfect especially that we were traveling to Phnom Penh the following day. Kumho Samco ticket office and pick up station was just a walking distance from the hostel.

Cons:

There were no hand railings on the stairs. You need to be very careful you might slip.

Tout simplement parfait!
Pros:

Petite guesthouse en plein centre ville.
Située dans une ruelle: aucun bruit.
La gérante est très gentille et fournit de bons conseils.
La chambre est très propre.
L'escalier est étroit mais le jeune homme nous a aidé à transporter notre grosse valise.
Dès que j'aurai l'opportunité de revenir à HCM, je reviendrai dans cette guesthouse .

Bardzo blisko centrum i wszystkich atrakcji. Właściciele są pomocni w organizacji czasu lub jedzenia. Miejsce dobre ale zawsze coś się znajdzie żeby ponarzekać. Spaliśmy ram 2 razy więc da to wam info czy warto tu zostać

Die Familie, die die Unterkunft führt ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl in der Unterkunft. :) sind sogar ein zweites Mal wiedergekommen weil es uns sehr gefallen hat.

Cons:

Man sollte wissen dass diese Unterkunft direkt neben der Touristenpartymeile liegt und auch sonst alles sehr touristisch außenrum ist. Dass uns dies nicht gefallen hat ist nur eine persönliche Präferenz. Man hört die Partymeile aber in der Unterkunft nicht, also wir empfanden es lediglich als störend wenn wir die Unterkunft verlassen hatten ☺️

Pros:

Se encuentra en pleno centro de la ciudad, a 1 minuto andando de la calle más famosa de fiesta (y que por cierto no se escucha absolutamente ningún ruido, lo cual se agradece), está al lado del parque y de una de las vías principales (restaurantes, comercios, transporte, etc.) por lo que está bien comunicado.
El personal (una encantadora familia vietnamita) fue un encanto con nosotros: nos cuidó en todo momento, siempre nos daban conversación, estaban muy interesados en saber si nos estaba gustando la ciudad, si estábamos bien o si necesitábamos algo. Eran muy atentos, agradables y simpáticos. Gracias familia.
Todos los días cambiaban las toallas y nos ponían artículos de higiene personal, la habitación era amplia y limpia, además de tranquila y silenciosa.

Cons:

Todo fue perfecto.

Tout, excellent emplacement dans une rue calme près de la rue piétonne. Couple d'hôtes très attentioné. Chambre propre, très fonctionnelle. Tout était parfait merci! Excellent rapport qualité prix. Air conditionné et ventilateur, permet de gérer la température au mieux !
