Well located. Calm and peaceful!
We had a good food our caretaker Mr. Sethu over here good man.
The rooms are not comfortable at all..😖 we never slept well. It's a very frowsty Inside the rooms mainly because of our blanket adour. And there is NO water heater in the middle room 🙄 we have to share other rooms bathroom. My room the blanket never wash. Luckily we stay for one night only. Will never go again.
Very good place to visit the backwaters
this is a very quiet place of backwaters.
The manager proposes you a tour in a boat . You must do it.
We did it two times.
You must know that the train station of Monroe island Is just 1 km from them.
You must take a touktouk.
The break fast Indian is very good.

The localisation in booking is not correct.
Comfortable stay with close proximity to Back water . The Caretaker Mr. Sethu was extremely co operative .
One of the room do not have AC and Geyser. Also need ceiling fans for all the rooms instead of Wall Ones
Location was good and quiet, host was nice and help us make arrangments. The little terrasse and garden were nice to rest. We stayed 3 nights and after 2 nights, we had new clean towel and bed sheets.
Not a real homestay, if you want to share some time and enjoy local tips from a Kerala family don't go there. If you like to be on your own then it's fine. Only breakfast is provided, for others meals you need to go elsewhere.

Absolutely loved Munro island, our host was brilliant ,exceptionally attentive nothing was too much trouble and his canoe tours were phenomenal definitely recommend doing them. His wife's cooking was brilliant everything was so so tasty. I would definitely return. Rooms were basic but to be in the jungle fantastic. We enjoyed the use of the bikes which were an added bonus. Munro train station is a 15 minute walk with a few restaurants close by shops 1 minute walk.
Good location, room nice and clean. Sethu was amazing host, he even got us a personalized birthday cake, we are so grateful to him. He took us on a beautiful boat ride.
