Excellent hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

We stayed here in March 2026 for 2 weeks.
As you'll see in many reviews; the location is great. You can walk to all major attractions.
The hotel itself is great. All of our staff interactions are very friendly, the brekafast is very good (coffee, eggs, toast, and fruit), and the rooms are quiet. The walls are solid and it was a nice surprise to not hear the city noise.
I cannot fault this hotel in any way.
The few negative reviews about this hotel are from naive ignorant fools who demand too much from a smaller hotel in a tourist area. It is a great hotel!

good budget option in the center of fort kochi
Pros:

it’s a cheap hotel, if you don’t expect anything special you won’t be disappointed. The location is great, bathroom and bedroom were okay, slept well in the bed, ac was working well, breakfast is basic but with fresh fruits and eggs however you want them.

Cons:

bathroom wasn’t super clean. towels really need to be replaced, they are very worn! Bedsheets also not in great condition

I managed it as I only stayed 2-nights, and was out most the time.
Pros:

Very conveniently located in the center of Ft Kochi. Very accommodating manager and staff, with eggs and toast breakfast.

Cons:

The place could use better maintenance and upkeep. Never liked the air quality coming out of the AC, vents were dusty, indicating poor maintenance. Same with vents in the bathroom, dusty. I cannot complaint much due to the rate I paid. But I will never consider this for future even if offered same price.
