Die Lage war okay, ca 20 Minuten i
Zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, allerdings an einer Hauptstraße gelegen

Cons:

Die Unterkunft nennt sich Gästehaus, allerdings besteht sie nur aus eine Wohnung mit 5 Zimmern, dabei nur ein Bad. Die Einrichtung ist veraltet, während unseres Aufenthalts wurde weder gereinigt noch Müll entsorgt. Die Zimmer sind nur mit einem Bartschlüssel abzuschließen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern funktioniert nur nach mehreren Anrufen. Der Aufenthalt war leider enttäuschend, wir würde diese Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen

Unterkunft sehr sauber und gepflegt
Pros:

Es gab eine Gemeinschaftsküche sowie ein Gemeinschaftsbad und beide Gemeinschaftsräume wurden auch von den Gästen immer sehr sauber hinterlassen, Küche immer das Geschirr abgespült und alles weggeräumt.
Obwohl es vielerlei elektr. Küchenhilfen gab, fehlte mir ein Toaster, um einmal ein Brötchen oder Brot aufzubacken.

Cons:

Bei einigen Zimmern müssen die Türen nachjustiert werden, ganz besobnders Zimmer 5, Die Türe quietschte furchbar und sie musste wohl auch immer ziemlich zugeschlagen werden

Ik heb een heerlijke korte vakantie gehad en vrienden kunnen bezoeken. Ik kom gauw weer terug.
Pros:

Er was geen ontbijt bij en dat vond ik prima, want er was een keuken om zelf wat je maken.
De locatie vond ik ook fijn, heel centraal met winkels en eetgelegenheden en dichtbij de tram.
De kamer was heerlijk en rustig en ik heb goed geslapen. Ook de andere gasten in het appartement waren vriendelijk en beleefd. Er was een koelkast, een wasmachine en een droger. Ik had dat niet nodig, maar als je er langer verblijft is dat prettig.

Cons:

Het was nogal donker toen ik aankwam, maar ik heb hulp gekregen van een voorbijganger, die me heel vriendelijk heeft geholpen bij het vinden van de sleutel in het kastje. Ook kreeg ik de code laat en daarover heb ik gebeld en degene die me te woord stond heeft me uitstekend geholpen. Daarover heb ik reeds een oordeel geschreven op uw verzoek.

The apartment is well placed to get in and around town because the tram stop is literally outside.

Cons:

Little confused as to where to locate the keys which are in the alleyway to the right.

The room shares the bathroom and kitchen with another room which is fine except the other occupants are up very early and the kitchen is right near the room.

I understood from the floor plan that the room was one of two apartment options therefore was surprised to find that there were other apartments inside this apartment floor. One of which was self contained apartment for 3 girls who were staying for a festival and needed to use the shared hall long mirror before going out etc. this of course is fine however they enjoyed kitchen discos once arriving back say 12am and then partying until 230am.

I was over for a big birthday and this time without my little children and am not too old to remember partying until late like the other occupants but it made for a noisy stay and averaging 4 hours sleep between the noise of all other occupants. Ie those next to room woke by 7am and others not going to bed until 230/3am.

I booked for three nights but stayed two only as Friday evening I arrived from late flight then by Sunday I was able to stay at friends instead as this made sure I would be able to get some rest before travelling back.

The apartment is super and bed comfortable, bathroom clean but wasn’t prepared for the amount of people all sharing the same areas.

Pros:

Great stay. Very good contact with the host, excellent location, and the place was clean and well maintained. Everything was as described. I would definitely recommend it and stay again.

Für ein paar Tage, oder ein Wochenende für 3-4 Personen absolut geeignet.
Pros:

Nettes Apartment, die Lage ist gut. Ca. 20 Minuten fussläufig zum Münster. Die Schlüsselbox war gut zu finden wegen der Beschreibung, die uns das Personal gesendet hat. Man konnte einen Mitarbeiter tagsüber telefonisch erreichen. Es gibt eine separate Küche, die recht gut ausgestattet ist. Auch eine Teebox stand in der Küche zur freien Entnahme. Ebenfalls gab es eine Tchibo Kaffee/Espressomaschine, dafür bräuchte man allerdings die geeigneten Kapseln. Für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist es wirklich absolut in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die Betten könnten breiter sein. Es ist etwas hellhörig. Kleine Reparaturen wären notwendig, wie z.B. der Hebel der Jalousie war abgebrochen, die Mischbatterie in der Toilette muss ersetzt werden, eine kleine Garderobe wäre schön oder zumindest noch ein paar Haken mehr im Eingangsbereich bzw. auch im Bad, damit man seine Sachen aufhängen kann. Es sind schon welche vorhanden aber für 3-4 Personen definitiv zu wenig.
Und es gibt nur einen Parkplatz, also rechtzeitig buchen.
