Pros:

Location. Near campuses, hospital, market, etc.

Cons:

The bathroom is located outside in the common area and though it was supposed to be used only by us, clearly it wasn’t.
No flexibility. Booked the place for 6 nights but midway, needed to cancel as our patient who is confined in cvmc hospital died and we had to check out. But flexibility of cancellation is nil if you booked and paid online as per them.

A good place to stay
Pros:

Despite our late check-in after 10:00 PM, the host graciously accommodated us, which we truly appreciated. The availability of laundry facilities was extremely convenient, and the spacious, well-equipped common area allowed our group to dine comfortably together at large tables. The presence of a heater also added to the overall comfort of our stay, especially during the cooler evenings.

Cons:

The bathroom is not located inside the room and is instead situated near the kitchen, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Additionally, the road leading to the property is quite narrow and only allows one vehicle to pass at a time, making access and parking challenging, particularly for larger vehicles or first-time visitors.

Pros:

I always visit this place during my vacations. I have had a welcoming experience here. It's quiet, peaceful, and clean the staff always friendly and the internet is good. The environment makes me feel comfortable and the price is affordable. This place is convenient it's accessible to all. I will book here again on my next vacation. ❤️👍

Not recomended to stay in
Pros:

I did not like anything about the place the owner has no consideration. I paid big amount of money without aircon provided, electric fan is not working properly. Bathroom is small and beddings are stained. For 3200 pesos not worth to stay in . We only slept there for 5 hours. Not recomended at all. Look for other trancient house.

Pros:
