Slnecny Dvor

We booked this place just one day before our arrival after, for unclear reasons, our reservation at another hotel complex was cancelled. Despite the very last-minute booking, everything went smoothly. We simply rang the bell at the gate, and the host welcomed us personally, which made us feel very comfortable from the very beginning.
We were able to leave our car safely inside the property. There is also a lovely outdoor area with a fire pit/stove, a barbecue, and a cozy gazebo — a great place to relax and enjoy the evening.
Our room had a comfortable double bed, TV, private bathroom, and Wi-Fi. Everything was clean and functional, the plumbing worked well, and there were no noisy neighbors
The kitchen is located downstairs in the basement/common area. It has everything you might need, including plenty of dishes, two refrigerators, a stove, and tables. The whole place has a charming rustic atmosphere.
One of the things we enjoyed most was the large shared living room, filled with interesting retro and vintage objects. It was genuinely fun to look around and discover all these little details — they give the place a very special character.
And most importantly, the hosts were absolutely lovely. The owners and their daughter Sonya were so kind, friendly, and welcoming. Staying here felt almost like visiting your grandparents in the countryside — warm, relaxed, and genuinely homey.

Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Pokój czysty, wszystko zgadzało się z opisem. Dom posiadał niesamowity klimat, wraz z pięknym salonem. Bliski dojazd do najważniejszych miejscowości górskich oraz popularnych szlaków. Panie właścicielki niesamowicie pomocne, oraz kochane. Wraz z dziewczyną czuliśmy się zaopiekowani przez cały wyjazd.

Przesympatyczni gospodarze. Blisko supermarket, bankomat i rewelacyjna Koliba u Zbojníkov z pysznym jedzeniem i dobrym piwem.

The house feels wonderfully cozy, with a living room that almost looks like a mini museum. The rooms are spacious. On top of that, the host, a lovely grandma, and her daughter are incredibly sweet and welcoming! As we were leaving, grandma even came out to open the gates and wave us goodbye ❤️

Prijemní a ustretoví majitelia

Milí a ochotní domáci, výborná lokalita - všade blízko. Vybavená kuchynka, krásne upravené okolie, dostatok miesta na uloženie osobných vecí, wifi vo všetkých priestoroch. Určite sa ešte vrátime.

Veľmi pekné a príjemné ubytovanie v súkromní, priestranná izba, súkromná kúpeľňa , kuchynka dolu k dispozícii, pohodlné postele. Veľmi príjemní a ústretoví majitelia. Autom blízko do Tatranskej Lomnice, príp. na veľké neplatené parkovisko, odkiaľ každú hodinu chodí autobus. Blízko obchod, reštaurácie.

The owners are really welcoming and kind. Nice teritory with grill-house and outdoor dining area. Interesting house decore.😉

We had a really nice stay with this lovely lady who made sure we have all we need. The house is charming and has two parts: a subterrain kitchen and large memorabilia area downstairs, and the rooms upstairs, separated by privacy curtains. The room was clean, with a clean toilet nearby, and it had two windows which made it bright and pleasant.

The garden is beautiful - it would be amazing to have a couple of sunbeds to relax in, but there is an outdoor covered spot where you can bring your food and eat. My child loved the swing..

The location is just five minutes on foot away from a traditional local restaurant and the only supermarket in the village.

You can enjoy golf and trekking nearby, and it is located 10 minutes away from the city center by car, so it is easy to get around by car.
It was a great value for the money and I loved that each room had a separate bathroom and toilet.

I will come back again to play golf.

The hosts are friendly and welcoming. The location is also great and the value for money for this guest house exceeded our expectations. For sure we will come back next time.
