Hello everyone ✌️ It was totally new experience for me and it was great👌👌 DON is a great person and his room is really clean and with own bathroom. He's really quiet and peaceful person and helped with information if you need something to know 💪 Apartment looks excellent with great own swimming pool and small gym 👌 there's market in as well 😎 highly recommend for peaceful people who respect others place to live with them 🙏 Lovely views from window 😎

Pros:

Don est une personne merveilleuse qui s'adapte à votre manière de voyager.
De bons conseils il vous fera bénéficier d'une immersion dans la vie locale vietnamienne.
Salle de sport et piscine accessibles. Petits commerces locaux aux alentours (et même au sein de l'immeuble)
Une vue superbe de votre chambre.
Une décoration typique.
Bref je vous recommande de venir chez Don pour vous imprégner de l'ambiance de la ville

Cons:

Tout était parfait!
La localisation n'est pas dans le district 1 mais qu'importe.

Exceptional
Pros:

The room is big for 1 person, the owner is a nice guy, willing to help with me with information or call a grab. There is a swimming pool and a gym. I use the swimming often during my stay. In the neighborhood is a market. You can buy fruit or have a breakfast there, enough street food there or small shops to buy food and drinks. For the price is cheap, private room with a swimming pool.

Cons:

The location is not in district 1, you have to take the bus to district 1, but it is okay. Enough buses there, just 10 minutes ride to district 1.

Very Good. to excellent.
Pros:

A very refined elderly man who spoke English and was extremely helpful.. booked it because of the pool. Nearby is a traditional Vietnamese market with cheaper prices than the back pack district. Access /to a supermarket on the second floor of this exclusive building with workout facilities on the same floor.

Cons:

A bit isolated. but only 3 ks from the center/
