Pros:

A wonderful place to retreat from the busyness and traffic of Port Blair.
Very well equipped and very clean with communual kitchen and lounge, very comfortable and spacious bedroom.
The host family are really lovely, and the omelet breakfast was great.
Very quiet at night, which is a treat in Port Blair.
We ordered a lovely takeaway meal from a hotel 5 mins away.

The Rooms are as in the picture on Booking.com. However, what’s not in the information is how helpful Sweety the owner is, this lady will organise, advise, and arrange anything you ask for. Ferry tickets, taxi, entertainment tickets, including help in finding accommodation on other island.

It's really an alternate home with nice breakfast and friendly owners. They made our andaman trip a memorable one. They guided us nicely. The home stay looks same as shown in pictures. We r really missing sweetys residency.

good hospitality, peaceful place, odd location, not scooty friendly roads, far away from beaches.
Pros:

Peaceful place and good to crash for a day to take rest if you travel a lot. Good hospitality and the view from the balcony windows is good but we don't stay in rooms much as a traveller we just need a place to sleep and rest of the time we busy visiting toourist places.

Cons:

Bland tastless breakfast from staff. If the breakfast prepared by the owner it will be tasty and but when she goes out for taking guests to other islands. Room cleaning service not available and please put broom in the rooms so that we can clean it by ourselves if staying for more days.

If you can manage the transportation then it’s really good and value for money place to stay in Andaman

Pros:

We visited 8 months after booking. In 8 months, number of calls from out side for queries like sightseeing etc. Always got assistance with smile and 100% of our satisfaction. Big hotels must send their interns to this place to learn what is hospitality is. Our heartfelt wishes for their success.

Hospitality , helpfulness, cleanliness. Continuous support since last 8 months. Which is AMAZING. Atleast 50 plus telephonic discussions and same helpfulness, which moved us. Heartfelt well wishes for resorts. Highest level of recommendations from our side.
