Overall, good stay.

Cons:

You need to climb a lot of stairs to get to your room, so if you don’t like that, this is not the place for you.

- Ausblick vom Haus versperrt
- weg zum Zimmer sehr umständlich, teilweise über vermüllte hinterhöfe
- stockflecken im bad
- schlechte Ausstattung des Badezimmers

Pros:

Тихое спокойное место. Есть указатели как найти. Москитные сетки над кроватями. В номере, питьевая бутилированная вода, мыло и полотенца. Замечательный завтрак, подошёл даже нашему ребёнку который ест только европейскую кухню. Пунктуальные гостеприимные хозяева, накрыли стол тихо и незаметно ровно к запрашиваемому времени.

Cons:

Самая крутая лестница в моей жизни. Но это не затмило плюсов этого жилья и заботы хозяев.

Duże i smaczne śniadanie, miłą właścicielką

Cons:

W pokoju jak i w łazience jest grzyb na ścianach. My po jednej nocy zrezygnowaliśmy z noclegu. Zdjęcia na booking są nieaktualne. Słaby widok z okna i ciężko dotrzeć do hotelu.

Pros:

Die Lage war etwas außerhalb von Ella, jedoch noch in Laufdistanz. Wir haben das sehr genossen, da es ruhig war mit einer tollen Aussicht. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Der Wasserstrahl im der Dusch ist sehr geringe und könnte bei längeren Aufenthalt schwierig werden, für ein paar Tage jedoch kein Problem. Die Besitzer waren sehr hilfsbereit, flexibel und nett.

Pros:

In general what you see on pictures thats what you get. Owners were really nice and breakfast was nice also, with some nice pancakes 😊 View in the morning is beautiful with sight of a waterfall in a distance. We were hiking a lot so we didnt stay too much in the room, basically only for a sleep. For us most important is that we didnt have any bugs inside the room, and for toilet to be clean which it was. In all, good stay and value for the money.

Cons:

Finding it at first. Its not hard to find or on some place where no body can find it, its just there are two ways, long one from above accommodation and the short easy one from the road and little bit of stairs. Of course first time we went long one on foot, we died, but owner later showed us short one which is much easier and reachable with tuk tuk of course. They should just inform future guests how to get there for the first time 😊👍🏻

Pros:

Big size room and it was clean.

Cons:

The view is somewhat blocked by other houses. The owners share a wall next door, no air conditioning. We had to take a lot of stairs to get to the house. I wouldn’t call it a hotel it’s like an air bnb.

Pros:

We only stayed one night because it was raining a lot and there was nowhere to chill and relax. we were travelling with our 3 year old child and therefore it was maybe not the most suitable place for us. If you are only there to sleep and gone all day then it is good value. we hardly had any contact with the people from the guesthouse - so it doesn't reall feel like a homestay much.

Pros:

We had a room with a terrace with amazing views of the waterfall, and this is also where the nice breakfast was served (beware of monkeys!). The owners have a tuk tuk and can arrange day trips.

Cons:

The shower was not really good, very weak pressure and rather cold water. The room/bathroom could be a bit cleaner as well.

Pros:

The most amazing views, worth the steep steps up to the property (but this is completely manageable). Takes about 10/15 mins to walk into town but there is a handy shortcut, tuktuk back was never an issue. Breakfasts were delicious and shower was always warm, owners were super friendly. Rooms were basic but did the job

Nice but overpriced
Pros:

The family who run this place seemed really lovely! We liked the breakfast and our room was large.

Cons:

I felt the guesthouse wasn’t as nice as represented in the photos online and therefore we felt we paid far too much for it. We have stayed previously in places in Ella with much nicer and clearer views for less money.

Beautiful, tranquil location and amazing breakfast, we loved our stay here!
Pros:

The views from our balcony were incredible. The breakfast was also amazing and the hosts were so incredibly kind and welcoming. Although out of the centre of Ella we really enjoyed the tranquility away from the business.

Cons:

We loved our stay. Only negative is that the rooms felt a bit stuffy and humid but we were able to sleep with the windows open as we had mosquito nets.

Lovely stay!
Pros:

Lovely family, clean room, amazing breakfast and view! Everything was perfect about this stay. It’s a bit more up the mountains but they can take you to the centre by tuktuk! The view is worth it.
