Perfect.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Southcote. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, and the room we stayed in was equally as nice. The kitchenette which had everything you'd need for breakfast already provided was an added bonus. The location is great and the views were sunning.

Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer ist groß, gemütlich und sauber. Southcote ist mit dem Auto leicht erreichbar, ein Parkplatz wurde uns in der Einfahrt zur Verfügung gestellt.

Fantastic family room
Pros:

We had a lovely welcome from the hosts, was so friendly and showed us all around. Beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed for our stay and the added use of the kitchen was a bonus. The complimentary cereals, milk bread made breakfast simple for us. Location was fantastic a short walk and was at the pier.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, will absolutely love to stay again in hope we get better weather to enjoy the beach properly next time.

Pros:

A stunning room with a very comfortable bed and powerful shower. The TV in the bed is a good extra luxury.
Having use of a kitchenette with cereals, toast, jam and juice was very welcomed. I loved having my favourite herbal teas of chamomile, peppermint and green to choose from. The kitchenette had a microwave too which was useful for heating up leftover takeaway.
It is just under 10 minutes walk to the pier and centre of town.
Responses to queries were very quick so greatly appreciated.
We loved cuddles with the dogs.
We would definitely hope to stay again if we were ever back in the area.

Cons:

The towels provided were very small. Think they were hand towels. Useful, but for the shower, bath sheets would have been better.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful property
Pros:

Beautiful property in an excellent location, our room was very large with an en suite bathroom and a lovely view of the garden. A small kitchen was also available for our use along with cereals and bread for breakfast. The hosts were on hand for anything we needed, very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful home. Spotlessly clean
Pros:

Had a big quadruple room for us and my granddaughter within this beautiful home. Room was at top of house along with kitchenette and bathroom all to ourselves. Bed was so comfortable i slept better than at home. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Overlooked little waterpark (ideal for young children) and could see the beach. Lovely!

Cons:

Parking limited but host helped with where to park outside their home and there is street parking and a big carpark at bottom of the road

Pros:

Lovely house and our room was large and airy. We had ensuite bathroom and tea and coffee facilities (No decaf though)Situated in a good position close to the sea front

Cons:

It was difficult to find and parking was very limited. We had actually parked almost outside but didn't realise it was the property as no sign was visible.

Absolutely amazing break
Pros:

Very big, very well equipped, comfy king size bed. The view was lovely, parked on site, complimentary breakfast plus drinks provided, really was fantastic stay. Would definitely stay again.
