Pros:

Our stay at Mountain Golden Ray Hotel was truly amazing. The location, cleanliness, and staff were excellent, and the beautiful mountain views made it even more special.

Very Bad… A nightmare
Pros:

It was bad in all respect except location. Further Booking.com cheated us by charging GST because hotel didn’t have GST no. Further they told us to cancel the booking through booking.com to avail discount equivalent to GST

Cons:

Everything was bad. Staff was not cordial and it was a total waste of money

Worked with a view of a rainswept valley, slept to the stars and lights.
Pros:

Room - We received a stunning room, which was comfortable (albeit a little small for 2 people) and had a glass wall through which you could see the entire valley laid out. This was undeniably the best part of the property for us.
Food - We had breakfast at the property on all days, and dinner on one night. The food was good, and the chef (Bhuvan) is kind enough to customise the flavour once you talk to him. They don't keep stocks for specialised items, and procure locally, so place the order a few hours before the meal. Everything is freshly prepared. The pahaadi chicken he made was really good.
Service - Efficient and good. We had an issue with an almirah lock getting jammed, and the staff arranged for a carpenter to resolve the issue within a few hours. We were assured a swift resolution to any discomforts we faced, however minor.
Location - Epic. You will not regret booking this for the location. 10-15 minutes walking from the Kasiyalekh Market, a couple of cafes close by for variety, parking for a couple of vehicles, its convenient.

Waste of time and money of a senior citizen tourist.
Pros:

Parking space.

Cons:

Very much isolated. Very costly food.
Nothing nearby. City 9km away.
Inflated pricing. Room size is very small. Housekeeping hopeless. Unsafe balcony. No view of white himalayas. No room service. No power backup.

Property offering greater value for money with fantastic scenic view
Pros:

Great location, delightful services, excellent upkeep and joyful always ready to help attitude of the staff.

Cons:

The pet dog kept at the property was fed poorly and it eas not looked after with humanity. It was not housed in protected environment instead kept on open terrace 24 hours.
