Una chicca a due passi dal centro
Pros:

Sistemazione molto carina e caratteristica in una posizione eccellente per visitare il centro storico di Firenze che dista solamente 15 minuti a piedi, oltre ad avere la comodità di un grande parcheggio sicuro a due passi in caso di necessità. Un plus assoluto è dato dall'host Giuseppe, che ti apre la porta di casa e ti accoglie con la massima ospitalità!

Giuseppe is one of a kind and this is his passion and his home. He aims to provide the best experience and goes above and beyond any host I've ever had. An aperitivo on check-in, making sure we were well taken care of, and catching up in the evenings.

Please only book this place if you want to have a truly authentic Italian experience, are open to receiving and giving appreciation, and can appreciate the effort into the beautiful house he has crafted.

The location was perfect near the tran line but it was also walkable. The room it self was beautiful and very comfy but most importantly the host was amazing.

Pros:

Gostei muito da simpátia do Giuseppe que nos recebeu extremamente bem e nos deu algumas dicas de restaurantes bons.
A localização é muito boa e a limpeza impecável.
A decoração do quarto também é muito cuidada.

Cons:

A casa de banho no quarto é minúscula. É extremamente difícil tomar banho porque o chuveiro é mesmo muito pequeno.
Pedimos para ligar o aquecimento e não foi possível. Acabou por não ser necessário (os cobertores resolveram) mas não deixa de ser uma situação desconfortável.
Falta um tapete no quarto porque fica mesmo frio andar ali descalço ou de meias.

Pros:

Gostamos de tudo! O Giuseppe é incrível! Foi muito receptivo e nos fez dar boas risadas. Toda a casa é bonita e pensada nos mínimos detalhes. A localização é ótima, um bairro mais residencial e próximo do centro caminhando por uns 15 minutos, com mercados, transportes, farmácias e lugares para comer na região. A limpeza também estava de acordo, banheiro com tudo o que era necessário (toalhas, sabonetes e afins). De forma geral, a nossa estadia foi super confortável. Giuseppe sempre muito comunicativo, respeitoso e parceiro! Ganhamos um amigo.
