Very welcoming host who cares for the guests!
Pros:

Ricardo was extremely helpful. He provided practical travel tips and shared local information for sightseeing. At times, he went out of his way and took very good care of us. We felt at quite home!

Cons:

The room was on the first floor. However, he provided the ground floor room for the storage and assisted in storage and shifting the baggage.

La gentillesse du propriétaire, l’emplacement parfait (il faut aimer le bruit de la fête le soir), le confort

Cons:

Seul bémol sur le fait qu’il n’y ai pas vraiment de fenêtre dans la chambre mais sinon tout était très bien!

Excelente custo-beneficio
Pros:

Rua tranquila, de fácil acesso com diversos bares e restaurantes por perto. A suíte onde fiquei era bem confortável e me atendeu perfeitamente. O Ricardo é muito atencioso e disponível, me fornecendo todas as informações e suporte. Um excelente custo-beneficio.

Cons:

A decoração é linda e antiga. Algumas peças e estrutura já estão um pouco desgastadas, pois a casa é antiga, mas o Ricardo já está fazendo as reformas gradativamente. Nada que desabone.

Amazing.
Pros:

The house is immaculate. Very well furnished, comfortable and clean. The common areas were very clean and tidy as well, with all the right supplies and more. Every morning the bathroom in our room would get cleaned. The room was beautiful and really cozy. Ricardo was a very nice and welcoming host, he gave us a lot of good recommendations.

A hospedagem é otima, o anfitrião muito gente boa, solicito, a localização segura, perto de bares, supermercados, restaurantes, a menos de 10 minutos da praia vermelha e copacabana.

Cons:

Um ponto que nao gostei muito, foi a necessidade de adentrar a acomodação para limpeza num periodo tao curto de hospedagem, quando é uma estadia longa, entendo e concordo, mas quando falamos em menos de 48h de hospedagem, entendo que não se faça ser tao necessario, ainda que esteja descatacado nas regras.

Pros:

Great location with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the area feels very safe. The host is extremely nice and kindly upgraded my room for free. The room is spacious and quiet. It’s around a 10-minute taxi ride to Sugarloaf Mountain and 15 minutes to Christ the Redeemer.

Cons:

the shower water wasn’t very hot, and the toilet flush button was hard to press.

Minha estadia foi excelente e superou as expectativas. Viajei sozinha e a segurança era minha prioridade: me senti extremamente tranquila no bairro de Botafogo. A hospedagem fica colado na Arnaldo Quintela, que é um polo gastronômico incrível, cheio de bares e restaurantes maravilhosos.
