The location was perfect for what we were doing, it's very secure there's lots of security. It goes very quiet at night which was excellent and the staff were very helpful
I didn't realize it was only a bedroom and bathroom, which was a little bit weird for me, but the apartment itself was a great size. it didn't have good utensils.. knives forks etc or serving spoons. And we always had to wait for someone to let us into their complex which was a little frustrating because we didn't know about it.

- La locación no es la que está en la descripción del lugar, me tuve que desplazar un par de calles para llegar al lugar
- Tienes que llamar forzosamente para que alguien te de acceso, el contacto de la persona que está en la descripción del lugar te manda otro número para que llames y hasta después es que te dan acceso
- La persona que te da acceso parece estar en completo desconocimiento de lo que hace, está distraída todo el tiempo con el teléfono y te dice que no se pueden usar todas las amenidades del edificio y que cada que salgas le tienes que hablar para que te den acceso
Buena localización y personal muy atento y amable.
La entrada no es autónoma y se necesita enviar mensaje al personal cada que se requiere entrar; el tiempo de espera depende de si el personal no tiene que gestionar otros huéspedes al mismo momento. La cocina es compartida y sólo el cuarto principal tiene baño independiente, si no el baño también debe compartirse junto a otros 2 huéspedes. Esta información debería estar disponible en el anuncio de Booking, si no genera incomodidad y desatisfacción ya que uno agenda sin saber hasta que ya está ahí.

It was uncomfortable that a person from staff got inside without knocking and we were having an intimate moment. Don’t think that staff should have the liberty to enter once is ocuppied just because they have access

The gym is fantastic. The location is excellent
address advertised is not the address of the location, Taxi driver got lost due to the discrepancy. We were dropped off in a different location. I do not have a have a functioning phone in Mexico because I am a tourist and could not contact the owner. pool was closed for weekly cleaning, ( Wednesdays) and they do not allow children to play billiards. The owner of the condo did not register us with the building so when we left, we were locked outside without a code to get back in security guards would not allow us in without a code, but we could not get a code because we have not been registered as residents. outside, on the sidewalk without a functioning phone ( again)
