Clean place but bare.
Pros:

A shopping mall was across the road for food.
It was clean.

Cons:

I was not happy.
TV is shared in a common area.
Wifi only available on common shared area and not avaliable in my room.
Shower water was barely warm
House keeper around until late making noise
Paying the bill was a problem
No extras like soap.

It’s a Sharing Apartment they offer single room in apartment, also have more 2rooms
1. Have Bathtub in bathroom
2. Can use common areas kitchen and living room
3. maid come regular for cleaning

Pros:

David was a great host. Very kind and very helpful with every question I had.
Room was very nice and spacious. Good location with some resturants in front of the building

Cons:

Bathroom was good but may need a bit of refurbishment.
WIFI signal in the room was not very strong and had to be close to the door.
