Great value for money!
Pros:

Good location in Bollullos, 15 minute drive out of Seville, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops within a short walk and only 10 minute drive to Skydive Spain.
Facilities shared between 3 rooms but decent, kitchen well kitted out with condiments and pans, plates, cutlery, fridge/freezer, washing machine etc, although no oven. Bathroom clean with good shower. Air conditioning in the room works a treat although seems to be stuck on max fan speed.
Would certainly stay again!

Cons:

Must have banged my leg on the corners of the bed around 20 times, would benefit from some padding 🙃

Cons:

El precio no se corresponde con el alojamiento. Me cobraron 135 euros por una habitacion CON BAÑO COMPARTIDO. Las toallas no olian a limpio, el agua caliente tenias que encenderla en la cocina y esperar 20 minutos a que saliera en la ducha. Sabanas , mobiliario, paredes suelo no acordes al precio. Por 135 eruos he estado en hoteles de 4 y 5 estrellas en España y por el mundo, en grandes ciudades no en pueblitos y he viajado mucho. Por ese precio ni se me ocurrio leer la literatura ...lo del baño compartido fue una decepcion total. En fin, que si me cobran 40/50 euros pues quiza fuese capaz de dormir ahi una noche en esas condiciones en un pueblito en medio de la provincia de Sevilla si no tengo mas remedio. Pero jamas por 135 . UNA TOMADURA DE PELO

Pros:

La anfitriona de 10, la cama de 10, todo limpio. Instrucciones claras.

Cons:

A pesar de hacer fresco fuera la casa no bajaba de temperatura ni con el pingüino y hemos pasado 4 noches sin apenas descansar. El resto de inquilinos un poco ruidosos a las 5:30 de la mañana con alarmas que no paraban de sonar en media hora o en la cocina desayunando y charlando. La puerta al ser puerta de una sala de estar con cristales entraba toda la luz de las otras estancias donde se movían los inquilinos de madrugada.

Perfect for skydivers!
Pros:

All as expected, clean and good place to rest. The host was very responsive and easy to deal with. Perfect location if you are going to Skydive Spain. The room had air conditioning and everything you might need. I was travelling solo and it was perfect for me.
