Pros:

Personel jest bardzo pomocny i sympatyczny. Można liczyć na pomoc w każdej sprawie. Nie ma problemu z późnym zameldowaniem, śniadaniem do pokoju czy o godzinie późniejszej niż zwykle i w takiej formie jak chcesz. Personel niesie pomoc nawet w nietypowych sprawach od momentu rezerwacji aż po wymeldowanie. Jeśli będę zatrzymywać się jeszcze w Ostrowcu, z pewnością tam wrócę:)

Czysto, schludnie, miła obsługa, pokój zdecydowanie większy niż się spodziewałem, dobrze wyposażony. Bardzo wygodne łóżka ! Przewyższył nasze oczekiwania !
