David Homes

The accommodation provided all we needed and the hospitality of the family, particularly David, was outstanding. We had lots of help planning our sightseeing (backwaters and Munnar) and transfers, and had amazing traditional breakfasts provided. We even had a taste of the honey jackfruit from the garden, which was a privilege!

The bedroom was spacious, the aircon worked very well, and despite the shower not being heated, the temperature of the water was fine (we were travelling in March in the 33 degree heat). It was also peaceful, despite the central location.

Great location, in walking distance of the main attractions and eateries in fort kochi and cheap auto rickshaw rides are plentiful if you want to explore further afield. We came during the biennale and saw most exhibitions on foot.

We stayed with David during the Kochi Biennale and really enjoyed our time there - he was a sincere and thoughtful host with a lot of suggestions. The breakfast was excellent and the location unmatched, right in the centre of Fort Kochi. Our stay was more than worth the price! I would definitely recommend to stay with David on your next trip to Fort Kochi

Le logement est au premier étage, au-dessus de celui de David et sa famille, il est très bien équipé et fonctionnel: chambre, petit salon, cuisine , salle de douche, buanderie pour faire sécher le linge. Quartier calme et central, tout près de la plage (pas de baignade possible mais ballades et beaux coucher de soleil). Nous avons fait tout Fort Kochi à pied. Super petit déjeuner, copieux et toujours avec des fruits. David est très gentil, il peut aider pour les réservations, il est accommodant pour le check in et out.
Un accueil parfait ! Merci à lui. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100%.

Peaceful location. Spacious.

David ci ha permesso di sistemare i bagagli al mattino presto e poi ci ha preparato la camera e telefonato. La colazione è semplice ma preparata in casa. Stanza ampia con armadio e una scrivania, niente di più. La posizione è eccezionale e vicino c'è un teatro katakali.

This is the first Home stay that really felt like home... Location is good, Host is quiet amazing, My nephew and I got sick and the brilliant host took care of us.

Mr David is so welcoming and helpful. The stay is good and worth it for the money.

Good place for a stay in Fort Cochi. Perfect location and nice owner. We stayed in the room 2+child. The bed was enough big for our family.

Everything was nice! The breakfast was good and the owner is a really nice person who cared for us. Especially great was as well the big size of the totally clean room and the perfect mosquito protection (all windows are with nets). Another plus: Central location but totally quiet. We loved it!

David is a very helpful host and organised us an amazing driver to go sightseeing with.
The guesthouse is very well situated near great restaurants!

This propels right next to the Kathakali centre and Santa Cruz Basilica and in a very central, walkable area that one can get to most sights from. David was very helpful and answered all my questions and gave good recommendations. He was also always reachable. The room was clean and comfortable and was perfect for my needs. The breakfast was also tasty! Great value and great location.
