Pobyt niestety rozczarowujący.
Podjazd oraz schody wejściowe były całkowicie oblodzone i nieposypane, co stanowiło zagrożenie. Otrzymaliśmy pokój niezgodny z rezerwacją – zamiast komfortowego pokoju dwuosobowego dostaliśmy bardzo małe łóżko, na którym dwie osoby nie mogłyby wygodnie spać. Pokój znajdował się na poddaszu – podłoga mocno trzeszczała, schody były niestabilne i trzęsły się przy wchodzeniu.
W łazience było zimno (brak ogrzewania), unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji, a na ścianach znajdowały się popękane płytki. Drzwi do pokoju były nieszczelne – słychać było każdy hałas z korytarza.
Po zgłoszeniu niezgodności pokoju z opisem właściciel stwierdził, że to wina platformy Booking.com. Dodatkowo przy zameldowaniu zaproponował płatność gotówką przy wyjeździe, natomiast w dniu wyjazdu poinformował, że opłata została już pobrana z karty i był wyraźnie niezadowolony z całej sytuacji.
Potem właściciel anulował rezerwację aby nie wystawić negatywnej opinii na booking.
Całość sprawia bardzo słabe wrażenie, a pozytywne opinie wydają się mocno naciągane. Pod opinią na Google wyzwał nas od kłamców i psychopatów.
Wszystko super polecam z całego serca, właściciel troskliwy,życzliwy z sercem do gości.Na pewno tam wrócę z synem 🍀❤️

Jeśli ktoś szuka intymności i cichego pokoju, to tutaj niestety przez drzwi i ściany słychać prawie wszystko.
