Pros:

オーナーの方とそのお子さんが、到着時間など細かく連絡をくれました。
道に接するシャッター、建物自体、部屋にそれぞれ鍵があるので、安全面では安心できるかと思います。

Cons:

1階？(入口階)だとオーナーの方と洗面・シャワー・トイレが共有でした。
それぞれの部屋から出入りでき、鍵もあるので被ることは少ないと思いますが、少し気を遣います。

Просторные комнаты, высокие потолки, кондиционер и вентиляторы в номере. Есть горячая вода. Постельное бельё было белым и чистым. Заселили быстро, перед заселением получили подробные инструкции от владельца - спасибо, это очень помогло в поисках гостевого дома.

GREAT PRIVATE ROOM! Perfect for some chill time.

Comfortable bed.
Good shower.
Clean and very hygienic.
Waterbottles provided daily.
Tea and coffee provided.
Daily cleaning and linen change if needed.
Very secure and safe property. Great for female solo travellers.
Across the road from a fantastic Indian restaurant.
Opposite the beach.

Cons:

It's quite far from the centre of Colombo.
So it can get expensive to get transport there and back.

There is a geezer or some device that is quite loud when it comes on, even with earplugs in. It woke me up a few times each night.

The bathroom isn't private, it is shared.

夜9時頃のチェックインだったが、Whats upで細かく確認してくれて、宿の母が待っていてくれた。事前に近くのレストランやお店などの情報をメールでくれる。ベッドも大きく、温かいシャワーあり。バワのNo.11が徒歩圏内。

Cons:

3階の部屋まで、狭い螺旋階段。大きなスーツケースを運ぶのは一苦労。

A perfect stay with great location, helpful host, and all the comforts of home
Pros:

I booked this place mainly for its ideal location—just a 10-minute walk along Marine Drive towards Bohra Masjid. Everything you need is nearby, including shops, restaurants, currency exchanges, and laundry services, making it very convenient.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with all essentials. It had a well-maintained bathroom with hot water, air conditioning, a washing machine, iron, work table, cupboard, shoe rack, and even some greenery inside, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

The maid was very helpful—regularly cleaning the room and assisting with laundry and drying clothes. Having my own set of keys gave me full flexibility to come and go without disturbing anyone.

Zulfiqar was simply amazing. From day one, he guided me to the best halal food spots, scenic locations, and key attractions in Colombo. He was always available on call or message to help with any queries.

Overall, I was completely satisfied with my stay. I highly recommend Trellis Homes to anyone visiting Colombo and looking for a well-located, reasonably priced apartment.

Cons:

Honestly, there’s nothing I can think of to improve—it was perfect. Just a few small suggestions: consider adding a wall clock, providing in-house ironing service for urgent needs, and offering a breakfast option, even if it’s paid.
