slechte ontvangst en moeilijke trap met zware valiezen
Pros:

kamer was OK met gedeelde badkamer (als de buren onze kant vergaten te ontgrendelen, konden we wel lange tijd niet in badkamer, maar is gelukkig niet gebeurd)
airco werkte goed

Cons:

Toen we toekwamen zei de dame (mama van de eigenaar denk ik) dat we naar het 2e verdiep moesten (via draaitrap).
Mijn man en ik hadden beide tas van 25 kg bij, en dit was het 1e hotel van heel onze reis dat we zelf onze valies naar boven moesten sleuren op de gevaarlijke trap. Toen we boven onze kamer kregen vroeg de dame pas onze naam en zei, oei, is een vergissing, jullie logeren op het gelijkvloers, dus dan met valies terug naar beneden en daar aangekomen riep de dame vanaf het 1e verdiep, ah ja is waar ook is op het 1e verdiep, ze kwam zelfs niet naar beneden, wij dus met de zware valiezen terug omhoog; ik vind dit echt niet kunnen, was om met ons te lachten. en dan nog zelfs geen excuses..

Pros:

オーナーの方とそのお子さんが、到着時間など細かく連絡をくれました。
道に接するシャッター、建物自体、部屋にそれぞれ鍵があるので、安全面では安心できるかと思います。

Cons:

1階？(入口階)だとオーナーの方と洗面・シャワー・トイレが共有でした。
それぞれの部屋から出入りでき、鍵もあるので被ることは少ないと思いますが、少し気を遣います。

GREAT PRIVATE ROOM! Perfect for some chill time.
Pros:

Great private room!
Comfortable bed.
Good shower.
Clean and very hygienic.
Waterbottles provided daily.
Tea and coffee provided.
Daily cleaning and linen change if needed.
Very secure and safe property. Great for female solo travellers.
Across the road from a fantastic Indian restaurant.
Opposite the beach.

Cons:

It's quite far from the centre of Colombo.
So it can get expensive to get transport there and back.

There is a geezer or some device that is quite loud when it comes on, even with earplugs in. It woke me up a few times each night.

The bathroom isn't private, it is shared.

Pros:

Просторные комнаты, высокие потолки, кондиционер и вентиляторы в номере. Есть горячая вода. Постельное бельё было белым и чистым. Заселили быстро, перед заселением получили подробные инструкции от владельца - спасибо, это очень помогло в поисках гостевого дома.

Pros:

夜9時頃のチェックインだったが、Whats upで細かく確認してくれて、宿の母が待っていてくれた。事前に近くのレストランやお店などの情報をメールでくれる。ベッドも大きく、温かいシャワーあり。バワのNo.11が徒歩圏内。

Cons:

3階の部屋まで、狭い螺旋階段。大きなスーツケースを運ぶのは一苦労。
