Very spacious room and super helpful multilingual owner
Pros:

The room is spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff is so helpful and kind and they truly helped me in a time of need. There's a restaurant downstairs and their food is affordable and delicious. I also loved their rooftop.

Cons:

The hot water from the shower doesn't last long, making it impossible to use the bathtube, at least on winter. You'll just take quick showers.

Pros:

The owner and the staff are very helpful and generous. The owner helped us a lot with the transportation to our next destination. The room is spacious and comfortable. They gave us a portable heater. And there's also hot water.

Struttura caratteristica, stanza spaziosa, confortevole ma fredda e senza riscaldamento. Ottima accoglienza con tè in terrazza. Il personale non comprende le lingue e c'è stato un equivoco in merito alla colazione, poi risolto. Ottima posizione e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Cons:

La stanza fredda. La vasca idromassaggio non funziona

Dangerously sloppy
Pros:

It's big and well located.

Cons:

Black damp stained walls over the bed, everything quite dirty: floor, towels, wc wet cover? (weirdest think I've seen on a wc). Dangerous steps in the middle of the room. So cold and humit... we had booked 3 nights but we decided to leave after the first night. Tried to contact them via booking.com asking for a refund, but never answered. I don't understand the good scoring.

Ottima accoglienza! Al nostro arrivo ci hanno offerto del the e una spremuta d’arancia fresca (entrambi buonissimi). Menzione speciale per la colazione ottima. Per scusarsi della mancanza di corrente elettrica durante la notte ci hanno applicato uno sconto.

Welcoming place in the perfect location!
Pros:

Great location, very welcoming staff, smart TV a bonus, rooftop terrace with views, very safe, great value for money.
If you arrive by car, you can park at the campsite 10mins walk from this hostel.

Cons:

Shower head a bit awkward to use but it’s all expected in a central Medina location of Chefchouen!

Badewanne war schön, besonders auch die Größe :) das Bett war bequem.

Cons:

Keine Badezimmer-Privatsphäre (keine durchgezogene Wand zum Schlafbereich); zu wenig Warmwasser für eine halbwegs volle Badewanne. Internetverbindung ist laufend abgebrochen.
Tw. sehr laut in der Nacht, weil die Lage sehr zentral in der Medina ist - aber für ein, zwei Nächte kein Problem.

L'hôte était très généreuse et attentive. La chambre était propre et spacieuse.

Cons:

Comme la fenêtre de la chambre donne sur la rue, en fonction de l'achalandage, nous entendons parfois le bruit de la rue. Cependant, je crois que lorsque nous étions sur place, c'était l'anniversaire de quelqu'un dans le building voisin.

In Chef try to get this place. You will not regret it.
Pros:

It's an excellent place to stay.If you can get it. I'm not sure what else a traveler could ask for that this place doesn't have.

Pros:

The room was surprisingly big inside the smal hostel in the Medina. It was equiped with everything you could think of and was very cozy and charming. Als the staff was very friendly and helpfull.
