Zimmer ohne Fenster (zum Lichtschacht hin) war sehr gut zu klimatisieren mit guter A/C
Freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen
Umgebung sehr ruhig

Barzahlung, bei dem Preis jedoch ok
Englisch an der Rezeption gerade ausreichend, schriftlicher Kontakt sehr gut in Englisch

Pros:

Very courteous and accommodating behavior of owners and staff. Excellent location , walking distance from Mahakaal. Very clean and quiet rooms. Even though I booked quiet late , Ankit was quick to respond and ensured the whole check in process was super quick and efficient

My elderly parents experienced a highly comfortable stay, facilitated by the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Ankit provided excellent pre-arrival coordination. Nirmala Aunty offered sweet and charming assistance, while Dilip and Lucky were consistently helpful and attentive. Their collective warmth ensured my parents' comfort throughout their trip.

The food quality that was brought from outside was substandard and the service was extremely poor. There was no proper serving arrangements nor a dining room table for the guests to sit and eat. Overall the stay could have been comfortable if the staff were properly trained to take care of the guests.

The location is close to the Shree Mahakaleshwar Temple. Mr. Ankit Gupta and his mother were very helpful and guided us regarding visit to the temples. They also arranged local transport. Overall, they provided a homely stay.

It's a decent but expensive hotel unless there are 3-4 guests per room.
Pros:

The owners are very helpful.

Cons:

We felt that the price for twin occupancy did not justify the facilities and location. Ujjain itself is a very dirty city despite being the place for the important Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga, and hygienic food options are scarce and that might have affected our overall feelings for the property.
