10/10 would book again
Pros:

Sounds boring, but everything. Staff is great, the hotel‘s artrium is like a small botanicak garten while the rest of the hotel feels like a top notch museum. Room was wonderful and also had a small balcony

Relaxing and calm
Pros:

Beautiful property and Joseph was very welcoming. Clean and spacious room. Good AC and bathroom. Really loved the all wood furnishings. Ideal location and not on a main street so it was nice and quiet. Perfect stay!

A wonderful stay, highly recommended
Pros:

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcome. The host and owner greeted me warmly, immediately creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
The location is excellent. Shops and several attractions are within easy walking distance, and with a tuk-tuk you can reach almost anywhere in just a few minutes.
The building itself is truly beautiful and full of character. It is authentically decorated with lovely wooden furniture, artwork, and a charming patio filled with plants, giving the place a very special ambiance. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.
Joseph is also extremely helpful and attentive. He is always available for questions and happy to assist with practical matters, such as arranging transport and advising tours.
I had a wonderful stay here and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

A beautiful and comfortable hotel. You feel like home
Pros:

I loved the atrium with all the green plants, the beautiful interior design and decorations, the spacious ness of hotel, places to sit and relax, friendliness of staff and owner, the quiet area provides good sleep and place to relax. I loved the place.

Cons:

If anything it would be that breakfast would be available earlier

Lovely, comfortable 3 day stay
Pros:

Great location, very clean, a/c and fan efficient, unlimited drinking water available, good breakfast, bedroom huge and comfortable. We paid on arrival. Joseph was most helpful when we needed a taxi and is a very pleasant host.

Cons:

Communications via booking.com were not usually answered but very prompt on whattsapp.

Very practical
Pros:

Well located, the guest house owner welcomed us very late, we had answers to our queries and everything went well. The room is simple, it is fine for 2 nights as we were outside most of the time. Enjoy!

Excellente adresse à Fort Kochi
Pros:

Nous rentrons d'Inde et notre dernière étape fut cet hébergement. J'avais lu les commentaires très élogieux sur celui ci avant de réserver ce qui avait déterminé mon choix car je pensais à priori aller dans la Guesthouse où j'avais logé il y a 15 ans et qui existe toujours.
Je n'ai pas regretté ce choix car nous avons passé un excellent et court séjour chez Joseph et sa famille , deux nuits seulement.
L'accueil fut très chaleureux et la maison nous a séduites : architecture coloniale très jolie , jardin et puits de lumière avec deux étages en coursive. Non seulement la maison est grande et très jolie mais elle est aussi décorée avec beaucoup de goût, un vrai musée avec beaucoup d'antiquités dont le maître de maison se fera un plaisir de vous raconter l'origine. Une décoration très soignée donc, c'est ravissant.
J'avais précisé lors de ma réservation que je souhaitais deux lits séparés, nous avons bien eu une chambre avec deux lits. Il y avait un balcon, ce qui est aussi très appréciable. La chambre est très propre, grande , avec une bouilloire et un sèche-cheveux et toujours cette décoration stylée.
Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux , le meilleur du séjour avec des fruits, des oeufs, des toasts mais aussi une partie indienne qui variait chaque jour. Des boissons chaudes aussi évidemment.
L'ensemble du personnel est souriant et discret.
Dernier point très positif : l'emplacement. C'est très calme , à l'écart des grandes avenues mais au centre de Fort Kochi . L'église Santa Cruz et la cathédrale sont proches ( 5-8 minutes à pied), il y a beaucoup de restaurants également accessibles dans les abords ( pas dans la rue, ce qui permet à celle ci de rester calme), une laundry très pratique au bout de la ruelle .
Bref, que du positif et une adresse que je conseille donc vivement à tous.

Very friendly staff that wanted to help with anything. Felt like staying at your grandparents house, especially with the huge delicious breakfast!

Cons:

Photos are a bit misleading, we didn’t quite get the room we were expecting but it was nice anyway!

We really enjoyed our stay and we would go back without hesitation.
Pros:

The wonderful welcome we received from the owner and his staff. The hotel is charming, and our room was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

The only, small, issue we had was that our wet room was not the cleanest. But everything else was great. Very good value.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Très bon séjour dans un établissement bien situé pour visiter Fort Kochi. Très belle décoration et accueil très chaleureux de Joseph, qui est par ailleurs de très bons conseils pour les restaurants !
