Que llegamos tarde y no pudimos disfrutarlo mas

reserve una habitacion, y poco despues me escribio por aparte al celular la anfitriona del lugar que esa habitacion ya estaba ocupada, por lo que me dio una que yo no habia pagado, de menor tamaño y valor, aunque insistiendo me dio el reembolso de la diferencia de $80 pesos. considero que es de mal gusto y poco profesional no tener actualizado su plataforma o rentarlo por aparte sin actualizar. La regadera estaba obstruida y no salia agua caliente, por la mañana el baño despedia un olor a cañeria, dentro del refrigerador comun no se encontraba canasta con nuestro numero de habitación. la casa es bonita y todo lo demas estuvo muy bien

Staff, no one works there , they don’t reply quick either online for any questions , so you don’t have anyone to ask for a towel, or anything; the property description says breakfast included but there were only few eggs (u have to cook for yourself), a yogurt and a used peanut butter jar. Small old blood stains in sheets and curtains.

Het gebouw ligt naast een drukke weg, dit hoor je erg hard als je in bed ligt helaas.

Sólo como sugerencia: para estancias largas (más de dos días) deberían considerar el aseo en las habitaciones. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo excelente

-der Pool war während unseres Aufenthaltes (3 Tage) sehr unsauber
-Frühstück war sehr minimalistisch (Banane, Zwieback, kleiner Jogurt), hätte man auch lassen können
-die Dusche hatte keinen Druck oder war so verkalkt, dass vernünftiges Duschen quasi unmöglich wurde
-Alle Utensilien der Küche sind offen zugänglich (auch für Ungeziefer)

The parking is barely enough space for 2 cars, however, there are more guests staying at the villa so it’s no guarantee you can park. The guest wasn’t super responsive (it usually took several hours to get a response) and there was no one at the property so if you need some urgent support (like knowing where to park, checking in early, etc.), there isn’t really anyone there. It’s also not that well isolated, so without AC it’s extremely hot (luckily there is AC, it just takes a bit to cool down the space if you turn it off) and the room is at the side of the road so not the most quiet one.

the front door is only locked with a bycicle lock which felt a little bit strange. The room door was out of wood and didn’t close well. The room was next to a street, so it was quite noisy.

I didn't like the position of the air conditioning unit that is directly over the bed. It blew on me all night and had an allergy attack from maybe the dust particles. It was too hot not to have it on.

There is not a proper door on the house, but a wrought iron gate closed with a bike locker. That ruins quite a lot the whole aspect of the house. They should change the door

This hotel could so easily go from good to great with just a few adjustments. Rooms have no hairdryer or TV, to be fair nor do they claim to, but unusual and for those of us with long hair a little inconvenient. Check in could definitely be a little clearer and smoother and while it has a certain charm the bicycle lock on the front door is a bit annoying. Reading lights would also be great. These are quite minor issues and I would still book here again.
