Excelente opción de hospedaje en San Juan de Alima
Pros:

Excelente opción, nos encantó el lugar, esperamos regresar pronto. Súper de buen gusto la decoración. Muy limpia la habitación, cámas y almohadas cómodas. La alberca muy bella. La comida excelente (calidad, sabor y precio) y el café fenomenal (recien molido, de cafetera profesional). Buen servicio. Lo recomiendo.

Las instalaciones son bastante bonitas me encantaron la cama cómoda , el aire acondicionado sirve, la regadera si tiene agua caliente , los muebles son de calidad y tienen el espacio muy bien distribuido !

Cons:

Hay un olor peculiar a drenaje que afecta un poco para tener una experiencia 100% disfrutable ya que esta afuera de los cuartos , a un costado de la alberca y a un costado de los comedores del restaurante

Y la TV del dormitorio no se le podía subir el volumen al sonido , era un volumen bastante bajo 🫠

The pool and the view were nice. A GREAT cafe latte (even though it was expensive)

Cons:

We felt rather isolated. The restaurant staff left when they were done work and there was nobody else at the hotel to help us with the wifi problem, or get blankets etc. As female travellers, we thought more than once about our security. We had planned to have breakfast, but the restaurant didn't open at the time we were told it would, and we needed to leave by 8:15. There is potential for this hotel to be good, maybe it is still a work in progress... (?) A few wall hangings and some additional furniture would go a long way. Lesson learned here - don't set your expectations based on the price of the room.

Definitely not worth the cost! Many other hotels not listed on booking in the town!
Pros:

The view of the ocean was amazing. The bed was quite comfortable. The pillows were comfy once we requested them. When we first got there there were no pillows in the room. The AC worked quite well.. There was a TV in the room and the view from the balcony on the second floor was lovely.

Cons:

The room was clean but looked like it needed a serious paint job and some filler to fill in some cracks. It looked like they had been planning to set up a kitchen in the bedroom as there were two pipes sticking out from one wall. There were a jumble of electrical outlets installed in a half hazard way on one wall ( at least 5) with no rhyme or reason. There was no hot water in the bathroom. When we told the staff in the morning that there was no water she said there was but that it was just solar heated and that you just had to let it run for a while and it would get hot. When I said my husband had let it run and it did not get warm she said that she would check it out. After she checked it out, it still did not work. There was a good breakfast at the place but you had to pay 130 pesos. Not inexpensive when you consider we paid 100$ Canadian for the night. The pool was nice except for thr fact that they had not properly mixed the chemicals in the pool and you could see it in clumps in several spots in the pool.. You did however have a nice view from the pool .

La alberca está bien, falta mantenimiento general al hotel, sin restriccion de horario en la alberca
Pros:

La ubicación, la playa y la alberca.

Cons:

No hay personal de supervision despues de las 4 de la tarde, los huespedes hacen uso de la alberca sin restriccion de hoario haciendo fiestas durante toda la noche e invitando incluso a personas ajenas al hotel (No huespedes). Dificil es descansar con tanto ruido.

Los colchones muy cómodos, el desayuno super bien recomendado

Cons:

La seguridad, ya que las chicas salen a las 5pm y no se queda nadie que resguarde tu seguridad durante la noche.
Otra fue que se reservaron 4 habitaciones, de las cuales las chicas solo tenían contemplada una habitación, por lo cual tuvieron que mover dos noches a otro hotel, y las habitaciones que se tenían contempladas según la aplicación no se respetaron, la puerta del baño no servía, la puerta de la entrada solo servía una chapa y no las dos con las que cuenta la puerta, y aclaro que no fue problema del personal, las chicas son muy amables y buscan la manera de resolver cualquier detalle.
