We boekten 1 nacht maar verbleven er 3. We kregen de familiekamer met uitzicht op zee. Hier zou ik wel kunnen wonen 😃 Gerund door een hele vriendelijke en bijzondere familie. Er hangt een vredige sfeer met een prachtige tuin. Watch the butterfly’s 🧚🏻🦋✨ X

The property had there own nice and clean garden and it’s beach front.
Hope they will consider more about the free breakfast servings. Specially the variety’s. No need more items, can be at least 2 main options.

Posizione fantastica direttamente sul mare. Camera semplice, pulita, ampia e con una vista molto bella sul giardino e sulla spiaggia. Colazione ottima in riva al mare con frutta, pancake, uova toast e marmellata- il secondo giorno vi è stato inoltre preparato un ottimo piatto tipico srilankese. Un grazie speciale al proprietario, gentile, affidabile, sorridente e sempre pronto per un consiglio o un aiuto. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Da suggerire inoltre il ristorante SANDUN family restaurant, ottimo e sul mare!

Struttura molto bella, di fronte alla spiaggia, su un bellissimo giardino sul mare! Staff gentilissimo e colazione ottima: frutta, pane e marmellata, pancakes, caffè. Con 10€ a notte non si può proprio chiedere di più :)
La vue est exceptionnelle et le jardin très bien.entretenu. Nos hôtes étaient très gentils et accomodants. Il y a plusieurs bons restaurants dans les environs ce qui est très pratique car la maison est assez loin du centre.
Peut-être est-ce lié à la moiteur ambiante de fin juillet mais là chambre était très humide.

This was our favorite stay in Sri Lanka! The location is perfect, right on the beach so it’s a perfect place to relax. The host is incredibly nice and helpful, and the room spacious and clean. I can only recommend staying here, especially booking the room with the balcony because the view is amazing:)
We enjoyed very much our stay at Kodi Beach Home! The place was absolutely perfect and the staff so friendly and happy to help. Also, all breakfast wishes of the kids have always been fulfilled! The location was amazing, the ocean and the beaches marvellous.We spent 3 nights in a family room with a balcony and a beautiful view. The place was so great, we would definitely like to come back again someday!
