The property look different from what is describe in booking. No TV. No kettle. Not cleaning properly before guest comes in. There is alcohol in the fridge. No iron. Home conditions like a dormitory, incomplete equipment. Very dissappointed with this property.

Poor communication from the host — check-in instructions were only sent at 2:30 PM on the day of arrival, which was just 30 minutes before the official check-in time. This gave me no time to prepare in advance or understand how to access the property.
The instructions were sent via phone message, and being long-sighted, it was difficult to read the small text, making the check-in process unnecessarily frustrating.
The bedroom was not properly cleaned, and the toilet was wet, which made the accommodation feel poorly maintained.

The room is musty smell.
This was a short stay of 3D2N (12th-14th Apr) in Meadow Park with my family (8pax) as we were attending my niece's graduation in UTAR, Kampar. Booking was done on the 28th Feb 2025. The unit is very basically furnished. The living hall had only ceiling fan and no aircon. It was super warm especially on hot days. TV was not working. Please note it was poor mobile signal in the unit (maxis, digi,umobile, celcom). Most of the time we rely on the Wi-Fi. Thanks to that! Wi-Fi was provided!
Kitchen utensils were limited to 6 small cups, 6 small plates & bowls. The kettle provided was worn out and had the burn smell! We had to go and buy a small kettle for our use. We were left only with 2 pieces (last of the roll) of kitchen towel (tissue) when checked in. Later, we had to buy it ourselves. Well, we expected to have at least clean wiping cloth in the kitchen if not tissues provided. A worn-out broom provided there. Hemmm, can sweep but hopefully host can change it to a new one if you want your guests to keep the unit clean. I would suggest for the host to provide extra garbage bags also.
The unit consist of 4 bedrooms which comes with attached bathroom each. This is the plus point here as it is convenient for all guests. However, no other toiletries provided except for unknown brand shower gel. So, advisable to bring all your toiletries and towels!
Funnily, the door mat to the bathroom was extremely small lol! Wish the host can consider changing it to a normal size as the water from shower (bathroom size is small and the shower nozzle directing to the door) flows on the door and wets the room floor outside the bathroom.
Queen size beds equipped in every room. Mattress is OK but the pillow is so uncomfortable. I had neck pain! Host should invest in providing good pillows. Afterall, staycation is to have a good rest! There's dressing table/chair, cupboard in every room for storage.
Only 1 room had a working remote control. Had to share every time we want to adjust the temperature or on/off the aircon. Not convenient especially during sleep time.
Besides that, it would be great if host can provide at least iron box with board (just a suggestion). Luckily, we brought our own iron box.
Now coming to the host, it would be helpful if he/she is being responsive on timely manner. Slow response! I messaged asking few questions pertaining the unit furnishing on the 6th Apr and I got the reply only on the 9th Apr after multiple message sent on Whatsapp. Also, I had to repeat my requests especially regarding the invoice.
I requested for the invoice to be under the guest’s name instead of my name. However, the host seems to be reluctant and keep pinpointing that he/she is doing a favor for me when I insisted. The host keep saying they are not under Booking.com, but reality check, the reservation done under Booking.com and that makes the host accountable, isn’t it? Hemmm, well just beware and state your requests clearly in Whatsapp messages. As the host REFUSES to answer when calling in. Sigh!
My sincere request: PLEASE HAVE THE UNIT CLEANED PROPERLY! The rooms were dusty, and we even spotted a ‘pottu’ sticker on the bathroom mirror when checked in. Clearly shows the unit was not cleaned thoroughly. This is not tolerable at all!
Do check if all lights are working before handing over to guest. Some of the lights were not working especially near the dining table and the hallway towards the rooms.
I’ve stayed in Meadow Park before in a different unit, which was way better equipped and attended by a warm & friendly host. I was hoping the same but too bad, it was otherwise!

The aircond is not working in one of the room, it is hot in the room. The lock of the bathroom is also not functioning. Cleanliness of the bathroom I would give a 4/10.
