It was a good experience overall. Nothing to nitpick actually. Good bargain!
Pros:

The main reason I chose this property was because of the location. It was very close to the places I wanted to go. It was in between UniSZA, UMT, the town, and close to the airport and city center. It was at the heart of all these places! You can go to any of the places mentioned in less than 30min. The exterior of the property was also very modern and it screamed luxurious. The huge parking space was such a lifesaver! Inside your room, you will find your own iron board and iron which is great! I came here for my convocation, so I stayed for 3nights. I slept well here, no trouble at all.

Cons:

The interior of the room itself was just so-so. The room was a bit small but if your purpose of travel was to move and explore outside most of the time, it would be fine if the room was just for sleep. The ac functioned well, it was cold! But one day in the morning when I was taking a shower, the water was cut! I had to ration the water and it wasn't good experience. The next morning it was fine though.

Room is spacious and the villa is located less than 10 minutes drive from the airport.

Cons:

1. Only one freezer available outside the room and to be shared with other visitors.
2. Sound proofing need to be improved since the villa is located near main road
