A warm welcome and a comfortable bed
Pros:

The view is stunning and the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast delicious. Nimal is very kind and helpful and very responsive to any queries. Our room was simple and clean. The wifi is good and there is AC

Cons:

We were fine but this location would not suit anyone with mobility issues or if you are unfit. It’s quite a walk from town and initially very steep. Lots of people stay in this road and tuck tuks navigate the journey to and from town easily. From the breakfast area it’s stairs to your room. I don’t think this is entirely clear from recent reviews. Our room had no tv which was ok with us but might not suit others. Our room had a little patio with bean bags and a table and chairs

Nimal, der Gastgeber ist sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Er hat nicht nur ein tolles Frühstück zubereitet, sondern uns auch bei unseren Wanderungen beraten!
Die Aussicht auf Little Adams Peak und die Berge ist bezaubernd, der Balkon und das Zimmer sind sehr schön und zweckmäßig. Fußläufig zum Ortszentrum 8 min. gelegen.
Es war ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt.

Nice room with perfect views
Pros:

Nice room with a spacious terrace giving a wonderful view of Ella rock and Little Adam’s Peak.
Nimal is a very kind and helpful host. He prepared us a very tasty breakfast every morning.
Just 10 minutes walk to center of Ella along tracks.
Definitely recommend!

Прекрасный вариант для проживания в городе Элла. Удобное расположение — близко к центру города, всё в шаговой доступности. С балкона открывается великолепный вид на горы и природу.
Номер чистый и уютный, кровати очень удобные — спали отлично. Отдельная благодарность Нималу — добрый и отзывчивый хозяин, который помогал нам во всём и готовил вкуснейшие завтраки для нашей семьи.
С удовольствием рекомендую это место для проживания в Элле!

A wonderful place to stay in Ella. The location is very convenient — close to the city center and within walking distance of everything. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful, overlooking the mountains and nature.
The room was clean and cozy, and the beds were very comfortable — we slept very well. Special thanks to Nimal, a kind and caring host who helped us with everything and prepared delicious breakfasts for our family.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ella!

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal pour aller en ville comme pour les départs de randonnée.
La vue de la terrasse est magnifique.
La chambre est propre et grande.
Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et délicieux.
Nimal nous a aidé à organiser notre déplacement pour la suite du voyage et nous a bien conseillé quand nous en avions besoin.

Super chouette
Pros:

Tout ! C’était propre, Nimal était d’une gentillesse incroyable et toujours souriant. Les petits déjeuners étaient parfaits. À 10 minutes à pied du centre, au calme.

Fantastisch verblijf in goed hotel met voortreffelijk ontbijt!
Pros:

De ruime nette kamers met goed werkende airco. Ook leuk dat er een gevulde minibar aanwezig was en dat je voor de kamer een eigen zitje (erg ruim) had. Het ontbijt was ook een van de betere ontbijtjes die we in Sri Lanka hebben gehad. Heerlijke (warme) pannenkoeken, vers fruit en (warme verse) hoppers. Echt met zorg en aandacht bereid; heerlijk!

Cons:

De geur van de badkamer. De deur kon wel afgesloten worden dus in de slaapkamer had je er geen last van maar (vermoedelijk) komt de geur af van stilstaand water in de doucheput. Ik weet ook niet of het eenvoudig op te lossen is maar dat zou de kamer bijna perfect maken! Tenslotte had de douche wat warmer gekund (lauw was het beste wat we hebben gehad) maar anderzijds: we hebben ook wel eens koud moeten douchen dus dit viel dan weer mee. Al met al dus kleine verbeterpuntjes maar niets onoverkomelijks.

Pros:

Nimal is very attentive and has a heart of gold, his laugh and happiness is really infectious. For those guests who value kindness to feel home at a place, something u won’t find that easy anywhere else, this is ur homestay.
Apart from that, he helped us with all our hikes and was very welcoming and always friendly! (Stayed 4 nights)

The view from our appartment was breathtaking- loved it! Walking up here is magic. Warm water in the shower helps to fight the rainy days. Room is very clean and big.

Breakfast was very tasty, we asked for Dhal and we got it the next morning, the best we had in SriLanka :)

Tucked away in peaceful, lush nature but short walking distance 8 mins to the Center.

Veľmi priateľsky a nápomocný hostiteľ. Úžasná terasa s nádherným výhľadom na hory a Litle Adams Peak. Chutné a bohaté raňajky. 8 minút pešo do centra mesta. Nie vždy bola dostupná tepla voda.
